You would think they would deposit our payment checks withing a couple of days, but they don't. Messes me all up when a check doesn't clear for weeks!

I had an outstanding experience at Classic Interior!!It was recommended to me by a friend. So on a Friday afternoon I walked in and was greeted by a very professional and friendly sales person (Sierra). I needed a full bedroom set (head & foot board with side tables) and three living area type chairs with ottomans. Sierra was super knowledgable with the floor show items and additional catalog offerings - that combined with her exceptional listen skills, we were able to narrow in on exactly what I was looking for. Sierra followed up with a little bit more information/detailed measurements from the manufactures of the items that I picked and we solidified the deal (3 business days, paid for and ordered). From my experiences, it doesn't get any better than that - Thank you Sierra!!

Edit: Classic Interiors did make this right. The couch is very nice and the delivery men were nice.My wife and I had a good experience shopping and ordering couches from Classic Interiors. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got a 6 weeks out phone call as expected. When it came time for delivery things began to fall apart. We received NO communication from Classic Interiors. I had to reach out to get information that my order had arrived and would be delivered later in the week. Later in the week, nothing, no calls. I reach out again to get a "oh we can't squeeze you in this week."The delayed delivery is whatever, I can deal with it. The lack of communication is simply unacceptable, especially considering the price we paid. You have my information, call me. Furniture row was much more communicative and clear about status of my order and delivery when I ordered from them.

Great customer service! Blake was great to work with. I was kept informed on all aspects of my custom sectional from construction to shipping time frames and delivery.

Unique, custom furniture of the highest quality. Looking for something that stands out and lasts....Classic Interiors is the place to go. I have a beautiful sofa and two highbacked chairs in my living room and just ordered a dining room set. I can hardly wait. Both Mark and Blake were so helpful in what would work in my home and that was after a personal visit to get an idea of what I wanted and my vision of the end result. You can buy furniture lots of places and I've been to them all but Classic Interiors is the place to go if quality furniture at a great price is the end game. You are missing out if you don't go look. There is a difference.

A class act location to buy whatever I need to decorate my home. Seriously friendly staff who don't get impatient with my endless questions. Their selection is especially good, i.e. nice variety of price points. On site interior designers make a ton of difference!

The sales associates at Classic Interiors are wecolming and extremely knowledgeable with textiles, furniture lines, and color schemes. The wide selection of beautiful high-quality furniture offers an array of choices for different home designs and styles. I highly recommend this store.

Classic Interiors has unfortunately lost my business. The way the employee that I dealt with this morning berated and yelled at two high schoolers was enough of a turn off for me to do business with this store. This man was verbally abusive, rude and downright disrespectful to them and to everyone in line this morning. When we RIGHTFULLY (per property owner) and were not causing any harm in buying strawberries from the produce seller.

Classic Interiors has been so wonderful to work with. We are so delighted with our new furniture. Laurae Nears is very talented! She even came to our house to get an idea of the size we were working with, and brought samples. She is absolutely amazing! The owner went out of his way to help deliver (with his own children/grandchildren) our furniture with the delay of COVID. They go the extra mile, and their furniture is top quality products. We will be going there again for any of our furniture needs.

We needed a new recliner chair motor. The chair was purchased in WI. Furniture company would only send parts to a qualified dealer where I could pick it up at the store. They were willing to go between the WI store and furniture maker to get the problem solved. They even loaded it into my car. We are grateful.

Terrible customer service!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone after the treatment I received. Staff couldn’t answer any of my questions nor could I get ahold of the manager or contracted out installer after multiple attempts. Never have I been so dissatisfied with a company as I am with Classic Interiors. Do not give them the time of day, they aren’t worth it!!!

Extremely poor service. I came in with my family with serious intention of buying furniture for my new house. The manager was very rude and started asking me to stop kids from sitting on the sofa and kept insisting to keep their shoes off repeatedly even without letting us talk to our kids.

We ordered some higher-end Hunter Douglas (HD) shades through Classic Interiors. The shade installer they contracted did a rather rushed job, IMO, which resulted in one of the shades being slightly too wide so it was rubbing against our window pane. I contacted them in the peak of the early COVID-19 pandemic, which complicated and delayed the communications, but they did get back to me and worked with me and HD to remedy the issue. They have always been friendly and courteous, but the customer service responsiveness could be improved.
