As soon as I arrive all of the employees were super attentive and you could tell that they really knew their stuff, super knowledgeable. There was one employee in particular there named Tyler that pointed us in the right direction and really made our experience enjoyable. We would definitely recommend visiting Brady's for all of your hot tub and hot tub equipment needs

Called to get parts for my reverse osmosis and they were awesome. Very helpful even had my account so they new what I needed. On the internet it said to replace the mineral cartridge every 12 month and they said never change which made sense. So they not only saved me money but also explained why not to change the cartridge. They were so nice, I wasn't going to make it to Idaho Falls and one of the employees offered to drop it off. Way to go Ray he was the best ever!! He was with the one guy who installed and Ray explained everything to me!! Highly recommend!!!

Went in looking for a foot massaging machine. The guy at the front desk, Ray Barela was super helpful and helped me pick out the best one for me and my price range. I recently had to go back because the machine malfunctioned, And they were so awesome about returning the machine and getting me a brand new one. And making sure it worked before I left. They even called me back after a couple days to make sure that the one I had was working!! Amazing ownership and employees!

Great place and great customer service. I went in looking at few different things and Ray Barela handed me Grade A information and hospitality. Was very knowledgeable of the Jacuzzis they have for sale as well as the pool tables I was looking at. I appreciate Brady's and it's employees for the work they do.

I really met them give them no stars. I bought the retractable canopy over the hot tub, they sent the floor model, or was used, originally, I purchased a brand new one, ordered blinds for the hot tub as well, they were supposed to be translucent, it took 3 months, never got the translucent blinds like they promised, I spent over 20,000 grand, once they get your money, believe me it’s hard to get service, was also going to buy massage chair, not now, shady Brady they are. Trust me
