Cody, Brandon and the whole crew are excellent and professional. I recommend them to anyone for fast, honest troubleshooting of your vehicle concerns. I bought tires, had suspension work done, oil changes, bought rims and snow tires. They always do a outstanding job! I always recommend theses guys to everyone!☆☆☆☆☆

I set an appointment for an oil change and I was prompt and on time. However, the oil change and rotation was not prompt, waiting 1 and 1/2 hours for an oil change is abysmal service. I come here often for fleet vehicles that have an account here, but I always wait multiple hours for my work to be done, appointment or not. I have not had any issue with the actual work done, just the lack of hustle or effort to finish work quickly for customers. It is hard to wait SO LONG for the work to be accomplished.

Great experience!!! I had a wonderful experience at Big O Tires! The staff was fast and friendly, and their lobby was really nice. I appreciated that they were dog-friendly too. The whole experience felt so professional and I will definitely be returning for all my tire needs. Highly recommend!
