To start, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this place. Multiple fryers (one that never worked), flat tops, two burners, plus conversions kits, sundry cooking items, the list goes on. For one, we’ve never really felt valued because of we don’t spend money like the “Jackson Hole” customers. Basically have been told as much. But the final straw was yesterday we bought another Cookright flat top grill. They said it was an easy conversion to propane, it wasn’t. They have no specifics, just “you take off the front panel and they’re right there.” That turned out to not be true at all. It was a very involved process that took a couple hours as they gave no instructions, because they obviously didn’t know how to do it. I used the University of YouTube and got it done. Going forward, I will order online or drive to Utah. These guys are the only operation in town and it shows. They need some competition so we can choose the best supplier. I would strongly encourage anyone looking at equipment to look elsewhere, it may be somewhat convenient to go here, but overall you’ll overpay and they’ll under deliver.

If you call and ask if something is in stock.. Make sure you find out which location decided to answer the phone.. 3 geographically distant locations use the EXACT same phone number.. You'll drive across town for nothing...

Had a freezer fridge combo special ordered in fall 2017. The salesman was patient and followed up very well prior to delivery. It was delivered by BSR and it was wrapped very well with no damage outside. As the BSR delivery guy took it off it had damage on the door corner obviously shipped that way. The delivery guy took pics and said he would make note of it and let the store know. I emailed our salesman too with pics and he said he would check with the factory to see what could be done. I followed up 2-3x via personal stop and emails and 3 months later, the salesman is no longer there and the manager tells me it's been too long and he can't do anything. Sorry. I tried to buy local and support but next time it's online due to my bad experience. The manager said he wanted to make it right but didn't even have any proposal of what he would do to make it right. It was the principal that it was damaged and it should have been addressed and fixed. The fridge is functional but it's the last I buy from BSR or recommend them.
