Has nothing to do with the store, but the service in Idaho Falls itself sucks big time. Doesn’t matter if I have 1or 2 bars which is what I normally have or even 4 bars it takes forever for things to load. Even when using wifi makes no difference.. You would think in today’s environment it wouldn’t take 2-3 minutes for a page to load.

Phone battery was done and would not recharge, looked up my account and found out that I was paying for insurance to replace. He then gave me the address and claim number to take my phone for replacement battery. I was able to pick it up with new battery at 5:00 that day. Was very helpful to an old guy. Me.

Our rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we got the most value for our trade in, which we were very relieved about. Everything was seamless. As for getting in quickly, it certainly helped that no one was there at noon on a Monday. We came in on the previous Saturday and were told it'd be an hour wait, so we chose to try again another day.

I visited this store to close my account as I switched to Mint Mobile, which has astronomically lower monthly prices. I specifically checked my billing period so that I could close my account before it restarted. They told me my account was successfully closed. A few days later, I checked my account on the app, and the service was not closed. I called customer service to again close the account, and they assured me that they were now closing it. This time they did close it, but are charging me for another month even though they failed to close the account the first time. This is just the final example of AT&T providing terrible customer service and generally trying to squeeze every dime they can out of your wallet. Avoid AT&T at all costs.

Shout out to Lorenzo who saved the day for me. I had been to a different AT&T store to fix a sim card issue and they were unable to figure out my issue. He was able to get my phone working again in less than 10 minutes.

I went in to try to get a better understanding of how a trade in I had done worked. The guy working with me was very rude and purposely tried to make me feel like am idiot. When I told him it seemed like he was trying to make me feel like an idiot, he smiled and said "it sure looks like that".Not helpful and was a jerk. I would love to have a conversation with him to help so other customers don't feel how I felt.

Quick competent professional help. We had avoided getting new phones, dreaded the idea of swapping in 3 phones! BUT the staff, Lorenzo and Matt made our experience Fantastic! Highly recommend! We left feeling all our questions were answered, all accessories purchased and our new phones downloaded ready to go. Could not have asked for a better experience!!!
