I recently switched over to Boost Mobile and bought my new iPhone here. I am very happy with the phone and the deal I got from this company. I wanted a good smart phone that did the basics and I got it! Jr recommended one that ticked all the boxes! He provided excellent customer service. My mail was tampered with and it was opean on the counter where in it should of remained in the package. The girl said it was like that but that is the oldest excuse in the book. I would not suggest anyone to send your mail there unless you want it tampered or missing.

Always so slow. The girl that works there is so damn rude and let someone come in from BEHIND us come up first. Obviously this company doesn't work on a first come first serve basis. Ho to Metro PCS on Broadway ?
