This is the CASINO REVIEW, NOT THE HITEL. There's a large, well lit parking lot for starters. I believe it's a non smoking facility, so that's good. There were no table games. There were plenty of slot machines that were well spaced so you did not feel crowded. The interior was cool and well lit. There are several restaurants including a very nice buffet (closed the day we were there). After about five+ hours of gambling, we were 100.00 ahead. I'll call that a win. It was a pleasant atmosphere, very comfortable. We will stop here again when we in that area. ??

It was very crowded and had to wait in line for about 30 minutes to get a player's club card. No smoking casino. Lots of old games. Because it was so crowded, not a lot of choices on what to play. Wasn't impressed.

Stinks! Unfriendly staff. Dirty machines (cups & dirty cigarette trays).
I used to work there & we HAD to greet with a SMILE & ALWAYS welcome the patron to the casino! As a worker, you NEVER answered the customer with "Yeah, can I help you. "
MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL WELCOMED!!
"Yeah" is unprofessional. You answer the as follows:
Good Morning! You've reached the Shoshone-Bannock Casino-Player's Club. How can I help you?"
Then, if we have specials going on, I'd inform the patron of our specials.
If the customer had the wrong department, then I'd ask which department they needed, and then thank the customer, for example:
Ok, I'm going to transfer you now.
Have a great day, and we look forward to seeing you soon!"
It's not that hard to be friendly. Maybe have a training on how to be courteous.

Was a fun place to visit, mostly a non-smoker casino, but there are areas for smoking and play. Bingo was a fun option as well as a concession stand with dinner avail. The restaurant by the hotel was very clean and had a great selection for breakfast, we stayed and enjoyed a free room! After only a couple of months of having a players card, we are able to have free monthly play rewards and free rooms cycling monthly. It's definitely a relaxing environment to visit and always a new vehicle to win at the end of the month!
We just went back for bingo tonight on the 4th of July, 2024 as our last experience was so memorable. Here's the current rundown. We had a very disappointing experience at Shoshone Bannock Gaming Bingo Hall. Harmony's lack of customer service skills and inconsistency in applying the Independence Day promotion criteria are truly disheartening. It's disappointing that despite meeting the requirements with wearing red, white, and blue attire, (to recieve $10 off) we were denied the discount while others with less fitting outfits received it. This inconsistent application of rules and poor service from Harmony truly deserves a negative rating. Our experience highlights the need for better training and a customer-centric approach at Fort Hall Bingo for a fairer and enjoyable experience for all patrons. We watched as those with only red and white based on "elderly status" were given the $10 off, one even given a 20% discount and was loudly boasting in excitement that if it weren't for one associate saying he may have slight blue trim on his sneakers this wouldn't be possible! My hat was red with blue embroidered U.S.A. and "since 1776" in dingy well-worn white, I had classic blue jeans and white and gray sneakers & my wife a red floral shirt, white hat and blue frame eyeglasses. Harmony denied us both charging us in total the extra $20 dollars for the package. Her reasoning she claims was "the red white and blue needs to be grouped together, see like those people wearing those necklaces with the beads" - as all others in lines next to us passed through with a faded red shirt a white headband and red socks (clearly not grouped). The selection of the American Bison symbolizing this place was appropriate, cause you'll definitely leave with the feeling of stank!

Nearby activities: The concert venue is spacious and clean. The entire property is clean. All of the individuals working were nice and helpful.

We stopped there for dinner. They were out of the fish that we ordered. It took 10 minutes to let us know. The steak I ordered was really good though.
