I drive from Post Falls just to go here for the good service. The employees at the Post Falls location are always rude and grumpy.

Giving a 2 because for Amazon returns they have been great! UPS packages though, not so much. I'm honestly more mad that the guy kept trying to give excuses of why things were that way instead of just saying, "it's just a store policy, I don't make the rules."
Punchline of the story is I went to Staples and they shipped it in the same box the UPS store told me "policy they couldn't," and Staples didn't charge me extra for taping it :-)
Short version:
Wanted to charge me $1 for tape. (OK, but don't tell me it's to cover the cost of tape and effort. That would be $0.15 tops.)
Then told me I can't ship it in a shoe box because it has a label showing what it is. I took off the label and he still said no because the box was branded. I'd have to get another box because people could see what it was and might steal it.
I pointed out that he already had several boxes behind the counter that were about to be shipped that showed what the contents were and I don't know if he just didn't like me or wanted me to buy more products from there, but he just said, "yeah we'll, I told her it wasn't a good idea..."
By then I was just frustrated at the b.s. and what seemed like trying to get me to buy more stuff.

I’m very surprised to read negative reviews about the people who make this UPS store run. Teresa, Eric and Jessie always treat me with respect and humor. They are proficient, professional and personable. Whether I am mailing a gift, returning a catalogue order, buying stamps or needing something printed out or copied, they are always efficient and polite. I leave with a smile, assured that I completed whatever I came in to do and that I received the best possible customer service.

Over the last three years, it has been a hit or a miss with customer service. I keep coming back out of convenience because I live nearby. Unfortunately, after my experience yesterday, I will not be returning and will gladly drive 20 minutes to the next location. Or spend the $1 to take my Amazon return to Staples. Absolutely horrible customer service. I suggest you go elsewhere. It’s just not worth it to be treated so poorly.

Horrible costumer service. One of the rudest employees I’ve ever had to deal with. Not to mention they charge you a $1 for a single piece of tape. Absolutely ludicrous.

Came by to get passport photos taken after a horrible experience at Walgreens and I cannot BEGIN to express how stellar the level of care and consideration this UPS location took was! The gal who did my photos as well as the gentleman who helped were both incredibly kind and took several just to make sure everything was meeting US Department of State regulations to a T. They were professional, friendly, made the whole process easy and didn’t make me feel like a burden. I was also able to make copies of important documents I needed while I waited for only .60 cents, which was wonderful. Thank you for taking such care in the situation and making today far less stressful than it began.
