Went to the CdA Tirerama two days in a row to get my tires rotated. Went first thing in the morning. Their tech shows up at his whim. They were giving 4 hour time blocks to PISSIBLY get tires rotated. They are a tire shop. I bought my tires there. Form now on I'll go to the Post Falls shop which was 1000 times more professional!

They repaired an atv flat for free which was great however they mounted it backwards they should have marked the tread direction prior to taking it off. When I brought the atv back there on a trailer to get it fixed the service manager said that since the tire was originally brought in off the vehicle I had to go back to my shop and take the tire off the atv before he would fix it. I went to the competition around the corner I took the atv off the trailer and they fixed Tire Rama' mess up in a few minutes. I also had an issue a few weeks ago when they bent a beauty ring on my wheels while repairing a flat on my f250. It wasn't that big of a deal as you can barely notice their damage. But they still changed me for the flat repair and did not offer to try to make it right. Sorry Tire Rama I will no longer be frequenting your establishment

If I could give Zero stars I would. Took my daughter's car in for an overheating problem. Was told that it was a broken water neck assembly ($105 to diagnose) took the guy 10 minutes. Part was $70. Wanted $184 labor to replace it, fair enough... Then wanted an additional $115 to flush and replace the coolant. Wouldn't give credit for the $105 we were paying for the diagnostics that took 10 minutes and wanted $115 for 2 gallons of coolant at $11.99 a gallon? The store manager, Josh, was fake nice and kept quoting corporate policy, company rules, can't work with anyone. Corporate sets prices for services and we can't move from them. 18 yr old girl just starting out on her own and they took her for almost $500!!! Mind you I've been a LOYAL customer for 20 yrs at THIS store. Took my car over there this morning because I had a tire light on. One of my tires, that I bought from them, was low. They refused to even examine it and repair it because I was "close" to the wear bars. Said I would have to buy new tires. They wouldn't touch it. And I'm talking "close" to the wear bars not "to" the wear bars... They've just lost a 20-year customer with five vehicles that I brought there regularly for oil changes, tire rotations, and tire services. I hope you're happy, Josh, with your corporate decisions! I will not be back until you get rid of him. I would highly recommend you choose ANY repair shop then tire Rama on Appleway in Coeur d'Alene. You'll get up charges up the yin yang and zero compassion for a local person

Josh is awesome and provides amazing customer service. He is so professional and polite. If I had a business, I'd hire him. Everyone there is super nice and our vehicles are always fixed right the first time we bring them in. My little car is running well and we are happy customers. Thank you to the amazing crew in CDA.

I went in for a standard oil change. After my car was in the bay for 30+ minutes, I was informed that my oil gasket is leaking. I had zero leaks when I took the car in that day. They didn't say anything about the leak till they had drained my oil, which seemed suspicious. I had my neighbor go to change the gasket and he said 4 of the bolts were loose. I would avoid this place at all costs.

The assistant manager, Savannah, was such a huge help to me. I had a terrible experience at the Post Falls location because of the service manager and when I told the store manager about how I was mistreated and my car hadn’t been touched all day when I dropped it off first thing in the morning it was completely dismissed. After my snow tires had been put on in post falls I had a knocking sound and they refused to deal with the issue (again the service manager). Well months later I’m having the problem again and CDAs Savannah has gone out of her way to fix this for me. Highly recommend Coeur d’Alene Tire Rama!!

Great place to get tires or repairs. First time customer and manager Josh was very kind and work was done in a very timely manner for a walk-in. I highly recommend this place.

Stopped in to have them do a front end alignment. Savannah was funny and super friendly. Mechanic was also very friendly and not pushy. Very helpful. I didn't ask his name, shame on me. Great place to go for service. They will have more of my business!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and took it to Tire-Rama because it was close to work. Savannah was welcoming, very friendly, and professional. She made sure I was taken care of. The service was fast. Very pleased with my experience.

Paid them to do a alignment and they didn’t do it. Charged me for it. Took 2 hours of my time and my money. Drove my vehicle around for a while then realized they did nothing. Ruined my new front tires. Took my vehicle to a different shop they aligned it and I had to buy new tires. Cost me $500 in two new front tires. Cost me $90 to them for a alignment they didn’t do and cost me $87 to a different shop for another alignment plus waisted 2 hours of my time sitting there and 3 hours of my time driving there and back home.

They told me that my breaks were bad when in fact they are just. They probably thought as far as me being a single woman I wouldn't get a second opinion, but I did and my breaks are just fine

I cannot say enough about Tire Rama on Appleway in Coeur d'Alene and the man behind the counter. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His customer service skills were excellent, not only with me but the people around me. He moved seamlessly between the customer lobby and the shop while never missing a beat with those safety glasses. That little detail told me a lot about his work ethic and Tire Rama in general. I absolutely recommend Mike and the Appleway branch of Tire Rama!

I don't know where to start but this location was the absolute worst experience of a tire rama I've had. I went in to get a battery replacement and asked what an estimate would be on it and I was told between $175-$250 so needless to say that's what I was expecting to pay and was perfectly fine with that. The service was done after about 20-30 minutes and I go back ready to pay anywhere from $175-$250 as I was told and the gentleman there had said it would actually be $332 instead. I'm so wildly confused as to why it's the much first of all.. I've never paid more than $200. Secondly, I wasn't even given a heads up with a courtesy call to say "hey that estimate I gave you was wrong it'll be d amount more. Would you like to continue with the service?" I don't believe it was fair that, that price was snuck on me. I would've liked to been given a heads up and even the option to proceed. I feel if that was the price range you gave us you should honor the price that was stated or don't give estimates out period. I'm not sure how in the world a 2010 Sebrings battery costs $332??? That's absolute unheard of. If that was the case I would've taken my business elsewhere, which I will be doing next time unless someone is able to make this right. I wish they'd do honest business and it's extremely dissatisfying to see and experience. I'd give this review a half a star if I could. Beware of this Tire-Rama.
