Great group of people! I have an older 4runner that had some rust around the windshield that I needed to take care of. Just recently, the windshield started leaking so I knew I had to do something quick. Terri in the office was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick with sending me an estimate. Then Jeremy came out and removed my windshield, I did the rust remediation on my 3rd gen 4runner, and made sure it was good to go to get the new windshield installed. He came back out and put it in, and so stoked cause it doesn't leak anymore! Thanks to Novus for great service, good prices, and a smooth installation!!

I called for an appointment, they got me right in, I dropped my pickup off and they asked a couple questions and then called me when it was ready to pick up. Exact time they had said it would be. Clean windshield and they even put my oil change sticker back on the inside of the windshield. Very friendly and professional outfit. Definitely recommend them. Got a bullseye/star crack from a rock hitting my windshield on the freeway. Novus had a technician come to my house the next business day. He arrived on time, the repair took about half an hour, and it cost half of what Safelite quoted me. Happy customer.
