Outstanding service. Was broke down in Prosser WA due to a odd sound. Ended upBeing a blowout tire that wasn’t actually blown out yet. Was a busted patch and sidewall blow out.

If you are looking for honest work at a fair price done in a reasonable time frame, I would STRONGLY recommend Motorheads. I'm a very satisfied repeat customer.

Honest mechanic who won't bs you for money. Stands by his work and will go out of his way to ensure you are well taken care of. They have fixed every car I've ever owned. I may be biased because Guy is my dad, but I'd recommend him to anyone needing work done. All of my friends and their families go to him consistently as well.

I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy, these people had me drive 4 hours to pick up a car that they said was complete and when I got there They asked me if I could come back later because they had a drunk guy in the office giving them s**** So we left and came back an hour later to find every part I needed was missing off the car. After taking the day off spending $200 in fuel and renting a trailer they had nothing to say besides a few racist words but I'm white so it didn't offend me as much as the fact that I just wasted a whole day. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Extremely rude and unprofessional sales. I inquired about trading my truck in, they asked how much I wanted for it and I explained I was trying to trade it in for a different truck. I was told "that's not a number" then he went on to tell me he could get my truck at an auction for 2000$. Read your reviews. Learn how sales work. Rude, disrespectful, and dishonest establishment.

There is only one word to describe how I feel about my experience with Boss Motor Group... GRATEFUL!!! I have never bought from a dealer before, and not from lack of trying. I just always walked away feeling like I was a s***** if I believed them at their word. But when I found the used-car of my dreams on BossMotorGroup website, I decided to try one more time. BEYOND THANKFUL I DID!! I met Jeramiah the owner after I had fallen in love with my Forrester. Worried he would feed me just what I wanted to hear, I was completely impressed to find that could not have been farther from the case. With Jeramiah WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET... no BS! He was straight about any preexisting issues and never broke my expectations. It was obvious he wanted to manage my expectations, but then quickly exceeded my expectations -- giving me discounts wherever he could and using his connections to make sure I was getting the BeST DEALS. I value people who are real and show up for you when you need them. That's Jeramiah. His last name suits him, BOSS. Love you man.... and my Forrester ;)

This shop is so shady. I contacted them about a Subaru I was interested in. I texted him letting him know when I wanted to come look at it. When I got there, no one greeted me. They just stared at me like I was annoying them. I told them I was there to see the Subaru. They told me it had sold the day before. He didn't try to help me find anything and wasn't very helpful. The whole interaction was strange & I left feeling very uncomfortable. He asked me my budget and I stated "*around* $5,000"... He basically told me "good luck finding a Subaru for under $5,000". Lol. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Take your business to a place who actually is interested in making a sale and helping you!!

Let me first begin by saying that I rarely, if ever, post reviews about businesses. This particular experience was so poor that I felt that I should warn others about my experience. This past month, I went into Boss Motor Group in search of a used car. I had seen a 2004 Subaru Outback that I liked and test drove. The mechanic convinced me that the car was a great deal for the price, and had specifically told me that the timing belt was in good condition (although, admittedly, had not been replaced by him). However, when I took the car to an auto body shop and spent over $100 to have it inspected, I was informed that there was a host of issues wrong with this car, including the timing belt having "deep cracking." When I called the owner to speak to him about this poor experience with his mechanic, he was rude, constantly interrupted me, and patronizing. My experience at this shop was negative, and I felt that I was treated poorly as a customer and not dealt with honestly. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
