A fine establishment which should be frequently patronized. Don't take my word for it. Go try it yourself!

The Maverick station at 6415 N Ramsey Rd, Coeur d'Alene, ID needs a new manager. Several pumps out of paper. All the trash cans were over flowing, caused trash to be blowing around. ?It's a shame, usually Maverick Stations are clean, our favorite stations.

The manager at the register was rude towards my husband and when I asked for her name she refused to tell us. Real unprofessional. And here's the thing I used to work for maverick you can't act the way she did and expect people to want to come back.

Employees don't stop line cutting but encourage it. I won't go back to this location.

Food good, service amazing, a cashier went out of her way to help me buy something. The store always looks clean, and nicely maintained.

Self check is there to help move the line thru, weather 3 people are in it or 10.When competent cashier's are working it is never a problem ringing at self check. I was told today that state law will not let me buy alcohol thru this self check. The cashier even apologized loudly in front of all the customers for me having to wait in line after being refused service at self check, just to be a little ruder. I hate this store lately

They really need to fix there pump credit card machines !!! 10-12 credit card readers are broke which then means you have to go into store and wait in line from people buying lunch and all sorts of things. Filling up shouldn’t be this hard or long. I’ll only use the chevron a little up street and pay same prices expect the 2 cent discount at Mavericks. Least the readers work.

This review is solely for Serena, she is the best person. She knows her customers she is kind and checks in with how they are doing. Always has a professional demeanor and knows the job well. She has gone out of her way to find an item for me and overall just above and beyond the call of duty.

Awesome they build Mavericks everywhere to grab all the business but everyone you walk into one, there is one person working and the line is 12 people long. Seems like it's every location, all the time.

The beverage counter is always out of lids for at least 1 and often several cup sizes. I went through checkout and the cashier a male broke a twenty and just put the change in my hand not counting it back to me, wasn't friendly. And if a customer happens to useEBT snap and the card reader won't read the card Maverick refuses to enter card manually, yet any other card they will. This is clearly showing discrimination toward those struggling and needing to take advantage of food stamps.

I'm 41 years old and buy beer here 3 times a week. I have a nitro card and fill my rig up when I need to. I've probably bought beer here hundreds of times over the last year. Because I look my age, I have never been asked for my ID. The other night I went to buy a 12-pack and the man working register wanted to scan my ID. I don't feel comfortable with this because by scanning it, Maverick has access to my personal data like driver's license number, hair color, weight, eye color etc. I asked him if he could look at my ID and look at my face to verify my age like a police officer would do. He refused and told me that he couldn't sell me alcohol. Rather than get upset I told him that I would talk to a manager for clarification. Today, I went to speak with the manager and apparently I was 10 minutes before his shift started. He refused to even pop his head out to acknowledge me telling his cashier that I would have to wait that 10 minutes till his shift began. What kind of customer service is this? What kind of leadership is that from our management perspective? what kind of example of customer service does that show to his employees? While I was in the store I watched two older gentlemen not even have their IDs checked or scanned. Why am I being treated differently?

Great place and location with multiple entrance points and outside covered seating for customers. Inside they have two self serve lines as well as two attendant lines. The hot food is prepared all in house an kept fresh at the highest quality. They truly keep to their "Platinum Rule" which is "treat everyone BETTER than you'd treat yourself"
