They were so helpful cutting me a new piece of glass on short notice. It's pretty rare for that kind of customer service to have survived in these times. I broke my mom's cabinet glass throwing a dog toy, and was leaving Post Falls for Ellensburg.

Getting three new windows. Showed up put in two . After talking to them, they said they get back to me. No show. Seems people at front counter have no idea about what is happening. I would never use them again.

Such great customer service!! Trinity and Tiffany took great care of me when I was desperate! Had a pane in my slider spontaneously shatter and could not get it closed due to all the glass. Every other company was 2-4 weeks for even quote!! Tiffany was able to squeeze me in and get my door closed til we can get it fully taken care of. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Tiffany and Trinity for helping me out!!***Update*** door is fixed and they worked around my schedule!! Will definitely use Lake City Glass for all my glass needs!!

We just got a shower door put in a couple weeks ago. Gi was so professional and also very personable. Love how it turned out. Brenda, who I dealt with in the office was amazing as well. Very personable, friendly and answered all our questions effectively. You could tell they were both very knowledgeable in what they do. Highly recommend for any glass work. I will definitely go back!
