We had a large kitchen project and worked with Lindsay to select and install our tile. She went above and beyond expectations, getting the project completed in record time and with great attention to detail. Her tile installer was incredibly talented and it was truly a joy to work with them from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

I needed a translation molding to replace a broken piece! The lamanate floor I have is from Great Floors. I had the flooring information from the flooring box with model, and color. The sales association was not friendly and lacked the willingness to help me!

Only reason I would even give a 1 is because of the installer who installed the carpet was great and quick. Other than that the salesman Mike Fuller never kept to his word. We tried for over a month and a half to get them out here to finish the job and there was never any communication back to us. Once they finally did come out they used my own product in two of our doorways. Told us they were gonna be getting us the pieces for the 3rd one and didn’t hear back for two weeks. The only reason they even called me back was to collect payment or else I would have probably never heard from mike again. Terrible salesman.

Past experiences were 4-5 star, most recent was barely 2 starI believe a different more experienced salesperson could of salvaged this experience... Ultimately went to another local flooring store and they were able to fix my current issues experienced at GF

Wish I could give them a zero. The work crew walked off the job rather than discuss the problems. Then again rather than calling us and discussing what was going on and working with us to come up with a plan, the salesman denied what our original agreement was, trying to make it our issue. Would have truly liked the opportunity to work together. Don’t know if I would trust this company.

5 stars for my salesman Mike! The install of 3 of bedrooms wasn't a great experience when the installer had to go home early. I was left with rooms in various stages of completion and no hope of anyone coming back to finish before I was to have 7 houseguests, 10 days later. Mike finally found a crew and worked hours himself to help make my rooms livable just in time for my guests. There are still things to fix and one more bedroom to get done but I am so thankful for all the extra effort Mike gave!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and response by management. I went to GF and specifically told them that I needed a product that would be tolerable of heat in the sunroom. The product I needed must withstand temps of 100 degrees in the summer for a few hours per day. My new vinyl flooring looks fantastic. I am thankful to Gabby, my salesperson, who spent a great deal of time helping me choose the most appropriate and cost effective flooring for our needs. Landon and Jesse came and took up the old floor, prepped for the vinyl, and installed it. They were fantastic. I always worry about guys coming into my home, but they were probably the best ever! Pleasant, respectful, competent, and fast. All in all, a great experience, in spite of a couple of unforeseen glitches. Thanks to Gabby, those were made right.

So very glad we stopped. Received so much information here and Forrest that helped us was on top of his job. We hired them probably because of the great service and knowledge. Been trying to build and finding any help out there was just so frustrating. So Thank You Great Floors for the incredible service

We are currently looking for flooring for our new house so we decided to give this place a shot. We were greeted by the front desk and told we will be seen next. So we waited for about fifteen minutes. Then we saw the only salesman move on to another customer. Definitely unprofessional. In my opinion I do not think he thought we have money based on our appearance. I do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, our home builder used Great Floors for our flooring and tiling. It’s been 14 months since we closed and we still don’t have complete carpeting. At our closing inspection, we noted open seams that needed to be fixed. They still aren’t fixed. Our builder’s warranty person has gone back and forth with Great Floors, and both my husband and I have. Every single day pieces of carpet are coming up, and chunks when we vacuum. We upgraded our carpet order from what was offered in our base home price and absolutely regret it. We wish we had gotten the most basic carpet and padding and had another company come in after and just pay the extra. We know it’s possible to lay carpet without these open seams, they managed to do it in our master bedroom, which is the largest room in the house. Our previous place had carpet around a decade old and it held up much better than this.It also appears the tile grout wasn’t sealed for water at all. It came up in the kitchen after the one year warranty mark. When I made our order for tile with the sales rep, they assured me that sealing would be handled.It isn’t just us who have had this bad experience. The neighbors we’ve all talked to also have nightmare stories about dealing with Great Floors. Run, far, far away. We’ve waited over a year and gave them countless chances before leaving this bad review.

We found Great Floors after purchasing our new home in Hayden. When we walked in we were greeted by salesman Dennis Bush. He was very considerate of what we wanted and guided us to the samples of flooring we were interested in. Dennis had our work scheduled a few days later and the crew that came out was professional and worked quickly.The outcome was amazing. As the work continued a slight problem with our plumbing was discovered. The crew called Dennis and he was able to call a plumber he knew, and our issue was fixed and the crew was able to finish. We made the right call choosing Great Floors but it was the salesman and crew who gets our praise. They went up and above to make sure our floors we installed as they were intended to be. I’d highly recommend this group to anyone who needs new flooring. We’re new here in the area and it was reassuring to know there are reputable people you can trust.
