Matt, 5 stars aren’t enough to express my gratitude for everything you did today. Thank you, thank you thank you for tracking down my wedding dress and accessories and making sure they were delivered and taken care of. After the fiasco I was having and the 8+ calls to the fedex help line that got me no where I was feeling defeated. You actually listened to me and went above and beyond to help and fix this issue. I’m so grateful for all your help tracking down my items thank you again. Faith in humanity restored

Drivers constantly Lie about delivery attempts to the point of returning items…I can’t count how many times this happens. I this time I even asked for it to be sent back so I could get my return/funds back to buy the item locally but now they want to leave door tags!!!! AND refuse to let me pick up my package after!!!!! Please Close this branch! Let dhl and UPs do the work. Fedex is not capable.

I wish for once this company would actually train their employees to deliver their package’s correctly. I hate fedex and i get very upset when any of my packages are delivered by them because they are so incompetent they take it to the wrong house when we have gps devices literally everywhere we go in our pockets. Pathetic.

I applied for a driver position recently and was confirmed for an interview. To my misfortune, I mixed the days up and showed up the following day early, 30 minutes before my interview was scheduled. I mixed the days up. My mistake. I apologized and explained what happened to the guy on duty and he had me leave my name and contact info. He said I wasn’t the first person to do that and that when the manager was out of her training, he would give my info to her.I reached out to the recruiter in Seattle (who had confirmed my interview date and time) and explained what happened and asked how I could make it right. Long story short, I was never called back or even emailed. Instead, I was sent an automated email at midnight saying that I was no longer being considered for the driver position. Absolutely lazy management and vindictive as well. Of course this was my mistake and my fault, however why wouldn’t you at least contact me to ask me what happened? It’s their loss though seeing as how it was for a driver float position and I have 10 years of experience doing just that. This is why the workforce despises the managerial class for it’s laziness and ineptness.

Horrible horrible service. Took a picture of wrong house delivered and when I filed a claim, they closed it and said it was delivered correctly. I snap shot the photo and will be going in person to complain. These drivers are lazy low down liars. These are my prescription glasses lost. They don’t care!!! You can’t talk to a human.oh and this isn’t really a 1 star it is a negative 100 plus.

Horrible service. Everytime they hold my package at the facility in Coeur d’Alene, ID for some reason they send it back I have to call they hold it again and won’t deliver it to my house. I have called and dealt with this problem several times. Everyone else can deliver to my house I have lived here for 30 years!

Not impressed. Shipped 2 packages to different addresses that were hand written on the package. The guy read the addresses off yhe packages himself. Yet they were sent to one address. Went back in to straighten it out, after 30 minutes the same guy could'nt even get the address changed, told me to call FedEx who told me he has to fix it. Horrible service.

Guys were Friendly but not helpful, if you have an issues they just say they just look at computer and say their hands tied.
