We have bought from them more then once and have not had a problem with purchase or delivery. Purchase was easy and Delivery team was thoughtful and did a good job.

Worst service ever. Paid full price and waited 4 weeks for the order to come in. When it came in I was told I was buying "As is" no warranty, not only that the order was missing one piece and the bed was unable to be assembled due to a faulty repair job. I refused the order. Don't waste your time, skip this place.
