Purchased the nighthawk for home internet only to get it home to try it out and had terrible service/ speeds. We took the nighthawk back and returned to store for a refund and we are still being charged almost $500 dollars for a device we don't even have! Dishonest employees didn't cancel our device and refund us properly and now AT&T still charging us almost $500! I would never recommend this store after all the headache they have created!!!!!

Pushy salesman offered the CHEAPEST phone after I told him I wanted an economical plan. Plus I was told if I signed up for AARP I'd get $17 off. When he saw my face, he added that he asks all his customers to do that. Had my partner not been with me, I would have walked out and gone elsewhere. But instead, I got a cheap phone that I need to pay off over 3 years. No stars. I do not recommend

AT&T had been nothing but problems trying to upgrade. Talk about a RUN AROUND zero help. Take and hold my money but see no order. Sorry that will fall off in 2-3 days. Ridiculous

Using the stores allows me to bypass the unhelpful calls to 611 to get information by talking to a living breathing human being rather than the unhelpful logic of a pre-programmed BOT-agent to expedite and insure serviceability standards of keeping short [being productive and efficient] the time an agent and the client interact.This proves the most frustrating when a Bots preprogrammed question interferes because logic is more about being productive than building relationships with the client (there needs to be a balance for management - training your agents will prove most challenging as the skills of listening and the individual agents ability to understand and respond redirect the clients unproductive tirades when their inability to have or regain control demands they rely on another).

Was told I had to wait 30 days to transfer my number from Verizon, so I had to pay for 2 phones for a month till the 30 days, even tried to call in and do it before the 30 days and was told I had to wait. So I waited 40 days and came in and was told I had to do it on the 1st day and can’t do it now? Told him no was told I had to wait 30 days why wouldn’t I do it on the 1st day then? He didn’t like that he was caught in a lie and kicked my husband out. What a joke! Get 2 different stories from them still can’t transfer my number I’ve had for many years! Stay with Verizon people! Their customer service isn’t worth it here!!!!!

I was adding family members to my plan. No problem with the first number. I spent almost 3 hours trying to get the other number ported over. Finally out of my mind I hung up. Went to ATT Ironwood, as they’ve always helped me before. I was lucky enough to get Dominic. He spent 45 mins on the phone with ATT. Always polite and professional. They had made a mess of my account during the marathon phone calls. He got everything straightened out and we are extremely happy. Would have changed carriers if not for him. Give this guy a promotion and a raise! You are so lucky to have an employee like Dominic. Much thanks. Kathy

So we go in there to transfer my line from Verizon (worthless in my area) and get talked into a new phone because the price was good. Then welcome bill review agreement surprise! The monthly amount promised was in fact an additional 50% higher ! Called and was told I had to drive all the way back into town (45 mins each way) later that week to try to resolve. And actually had to do that drive twice to get it resolved but…. When they fixed it my monthly bill actually went down by half of what I had originally agreed to. So, overall I’m happy with the results. Although the process and poor communication was maddening.

The guy who helped me who is originally from from California was very upbeat , positive and informative ... I would return to the store just because of him ... he deserves a gold star or employee of the month because he's a rockstar there! ..I am referring to the shorter brunette young man with slight freckles .. cool dude

AT&T is really starting to be a pain. I have a wireless landline with my internet and I'm trying to get rid of just the landline. They said I had to bring the info and the sim card to a special AT&T store in the Spokane area. I'm 77 with medical problems, it's just not that easy for me to get around these days.
