The world of contacts can be kind of confusing specially if you’re busy person and you don’t work in that industry. These guys came through for me in a major way and I really appreciate them. It’s nice to see some companies still believe in good customer service they could’ve easily sent me away and they didn’t ?

I called to get some information about getting some eyeglasses and they were super rude and hostile about taking any time to answer my questions, abruptly ending with a 'have a nice day' and a click.... I spoke to the assistant manager, so I knew this was a really bad start, and a problem with the company culture from the top down and it just wouldn't be worth pursuing as a customer. Didn't catch her name, but it sure sounded like a Karen.Avoid.

Recently moved to the area, and a week before my glasses broke. So, I went into America's Best with my wrangle-y, amputee, super glue holding frames I've had for the last year and a half and scored a pretty sweet deal! I ended up getting my eyes checked and finally found a doctor that knew what she was doing so I can see properly out of my left eye - something Pearle Vision couldn't do for me!I sat down with the amazing Alyssa and she helped me with the entire transaction, and shared certain deals they had. So I did the 2 pairs of glasses for 79.95 (each), considering how rough I am with glasses (apparently), I figured it'd be good to grab a backup pair.The staff has been nothing but friendly and professional, especially when someone came in, guns-a-blazing and having a rough day. They've been kind, informative, professional, kept their cool while the Karen was, well, being a Karen.Definitely coming back, I appreciate the incredible service your team - and this store has provided. Wide variety in frames, excellent deals, wonderful staff! Thank you so much again for making this an easy-going experience (for the most part)Just remember, staff! Water off a ducks back. Don't let it ruin your day. (: Thank you for your help!

I gave them my frames I got three different lenses on three different frames and there's a couple of older women that are just not very friendly I definitely will not be going there again so those of you who do and read this you may have a different experience than I did Best of luck.

My first experience with Americans Best was a definite 5 Stars. Pricing was good for two pair of glasses.Also the manager Angela Flores was a very sweet woman as she helped me with what lenses and prices where available.Vince C. the technician was very so professional, I first thought he was the eye doctor though the woman eye doctor was good to. I was excited about my new glasses as she showed me my vision of my old glasses compared to my new one. I was amazed and excited over my new glasses:)She did a excellent job getting my vision back to 20/20Even the receptionist a older lady named Bobby M. was like a kind mother or grandmother.Again not only good pricing but good people work at this American’s Best at 3500 N. Government Way Suite 102I got to know everybody by collecting business that I asked for to give a good review.Mike S.

Spent a ton of money with this place, literally one week outside my warranty I get told they will not help I need a new exam and new glasses. Used to recommend but I won't anymore.

I have never been so humiliated in a long time I won't say my whole. Yeah I'm a server getting ready to go to school and qualify? for Medicaid temporarily for another few months and I went in there and I don't like to express that I'm on Medicaid but anyway I said you accept Medicaid and she goes you need to speak louder no we do not accept the Medicaid she yelled at me! I'm working citizen that's worked my whole life unfortunately I had a few surgeries and wasn't able to and I qualified for a minute but I've never felt so bad about myself and the public until now. I've never had someone be so rude to me as if I was like an insect as my boyfriend's in there spending money I said I have cash I just need glasses oh you have cash then they were nice I just walked out crying

So many things went wrong during this visit. It started with the confirmation call and I had asked the lady if they took my insurance and she responded yes without a question. I go in the next day for my appointment and they had computer problems and had a hard time checking me in the whole time I was there. Then I gave them my insurance card and they said they would have to check to see if they can take it. (She said 9 out of 10 times they can’t take the insurance) I made it very clear that I would have to cancel if my insurance didn’t work there. But proceeded to take me back anyway and start the exams making it seem like the insurance problem was solved. By the end of my appointment I found out they STILL haven’t figured out if my insurance would work. Finally told me it wouldn’t and I had to pay out of pocket. They told me I could call my insurance and try to get reimbursed. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and don’t get much work and I currently don’t have the money to pay out of pocket. Especially when I have an amazing insurance company that most places would’ve taken me in. I feel completely scammed of my time and my money. I find it unfair for my insurance to be the ones to reimburse me when it was the staffs fault for giving false information and proceeding the appointment without having an answer. I had told the girl at checkout that I was given false information and I didn’t have the money to pay for this out of pocket and without getting a manager or anyone to maybe fix this problem, she just told me “sorry about that” and told me my total. So I had to use the money meant for my phone bill for this and now I’m scrambling to make my bill. I went home crying because of the lack of work I get and the extra day of work that I had been given the week previously had been taken advantage of and the time working and money had gone towards nothing.

Mine and my partner’s first visit at America’s Best was wonderful! The receptionists (Dawn and Karen) were kind and efficient, the tech doing our pre-test screening (Gina) was very sweet and quick and the doctor (Dr. Vogel) was extremely informative and personable during the entire exam. She is one of the best optometrists I have ever seen! The sales reps (Brittany and Jordan) were so sweet and understanding of our financial situation and laid out all expense options clearly and did not put any pressure to purchase more than we were able to at that time. The manager (Angela) was even kind enough to extend us a contact lens offer we would have had to pass on, had she not been so kind! I am blown away by the outstanding customer service, kindness, and understanding of the employees at this location and hope they all are recognized for being such quality people. Thank you all so much, it means the world!

They got me in quick and when I got got there tech Vince was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond!! He stayed late to checked me out so I didn't have to wait and was a pleasure to chat with. Very helpful and friendly!! Thank you Vince!!!!

Almost through my prescription, had problems with the bi- focal size from the start. Went to the Spokane store a couple of times, no help. Finally called the CDA idaho store today, Ellen, (God Bless you!), said come on in!It was a wait, but Gina and crew got things taken care of! A huge thank you to customer service at the CDA Idaho shop!
