Despite this, Bard, the employee running the counter, was hands down the best interaction I've had at ANY shipping company in town.
He was extremely friendly, felt very genuine, and despite the line to the door and the added stress, was one of the most professional, nicest interactions I've had with an employee of an establishment. As I waited in line I listened to him help an older lady in front of me. If I'd been told it, I would have believed he was speaking to his grandmother.

“Michael was so helpful. I came in a wreck, puffy red crying eyes, still in pjs and hair standing in all directions and food stains all over me. But I was treated with respect and such kindness. Michael helped me and explained how to use the fax and copy machines. BEYOND patient with my lack of any technology understanding. It was an enjoyable experience with over the top customer service!
