I usually don't go to Napa but I had a great experience at this one. The customer service was fast and friendly and the prices weren't too bad at all. They didn't have the item I wanted but was able to find an alternative with their wide selection.

Not happy all all with this store I called in for brakes and rotor. On August 31 they took my order and told me they would be there in the morning. I should up at 8am they all denied the conversation from the day before. I pulled out my phone and showed them the phone number I called and time. So they apologize and still couldn’t find me any brakes or rotors. Crazy thing is I called Napa in meridian and they got everything I needed within an hour and a half. Wired Hu? They lost $2,000 sale. Get faster service in meridian
