Had some new speakers,amp and stereo installed. Passenger door panel doesn't stay on. Driver door panel is broken and not finished putting back together. Window and door lock switches don't work. Trim panel in the back is hanging down. I just dropped a thousand bucks for my car to get destroyed. Never going back. A VERY NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER...

Very helpful people and extremely kind. Had a lot of questions and they patiently answered all of them, helped me get set up with the right head Unit for me and even showed me around some new speakers, very nice folks and knowledgeable of their line of work.

I needed an installer to finish the job I started. I got in over my head. I asked others for advice, and couldn't get the install working. I went to Patterson's. They took on the project, were very reasonable, and now I'm very happy with a stereo and sub system that sounds great! Sure glad I went there. They explained everything to me, gave me options, and completed the job in a reasonable timeframe. Their prices were competitive with places I shopped on the internet! I'll be back!

I wanted to put subs, an amp, and a new radio in my truck in high school. i went in and spent wait to much money on everything. they told me not to mess with the settings on the amp because it would mess the subs up, so i didnt. less than a month later the radio just stopped working. so i went in to have to replaced and the owner tried guilt tripping me and accusing me of breaking it on purpose. after hearing this story his worker came out and told him it was a bad radio. he did not apologize. after putting the new radio in the subs and amp never worked again. instead of dealing with the headache of going there again i think i’ll just sell them or go somewhere else to get it fixed.

No customer service and poor sevice. Our appointment was moved to 3 pm for a stereo and back up camera installation. The car was dropped off the night before and the sales woman was informed I would be back at 5pm the next day to pick up vehicle. As a customer we rely on the sales and installation reps to schedule the appropriate time for their services. At 5pm we received no phone call to say hey we're running late or ran into difficulty we only received excuses.... "your dash gave them a bad time, we had to put in an upgraded part, your existing phone holder gave them a hard time (simply scewed in)etc.. At 5pm she asked us to return at 6pm. When it wasn't done at 6pm, more excuses were given with stating the installer is just bundling everything up it should be done shortly. at 7:10pm when the sales lady was getting into her car to go home there were additional excuses "your dash just gave him such a hard time etc..". Mind you this was a stock dash. She stated he's just finishing up threading a wire and then has a few screws to tighten up. Since we live 20 minutes away and gas is astronomical we waited in the parking lot, in the cold, in the car from 5pm to 8:30pm pm to have him roll it out, and the radio not work. The installer apologized over and over again and said we could wait another 40 minutes to have him dismantle and fix it or bring it in the next day. We chose to bring it home. The next morning my husband took it apart fixed it and put it back together in 10 minutes. Though I would never buy another stereo there or render their installation services I would suggest to Peterson's that they fire the sales woman. Harsh... yes, but consistently blaiming the customer's vehicle or the customer is not how buisness should be done. Take accountability for you changing the appointment on the customer. Take accountability that either you started late, had a bad day, things just weren't going right.. whatever.. but don't blame the customer or the vehicle for your actions and communicate with them. You certainly could have called to say hey we're running late or ran into some problems it won't be ready for another 3 hours, would you like to pick up your vehicle later tonight or tomorrow morning? l notice also those who have written bad reviews your response is to make excuses. Please don't bother. it's nice when a company owns up to their mistakes. It might be your saving grace.

Love, Love, Love Pattersons. We bought a Sony 65 inch TV. Curtis came and set it up. Spending time others would have charged for if they even offered service. Planned on getting a cheap TV at WalMart but we got a much better deal at Patterson's. for a little more we got a better TV with an excellent picture that will last longer and Quality Service! Curtis even helped me decide between a wall mount and where it set the TV. Not often you learn Interior design from a TV installer. I'm a Customer for life. I'm also interested in the Food Storage!!

They are very expensive nice equipment but very pricey for the bang
