My honest thoughts. I work with Rockwell Homes part time and have walked through hundreds of homes. I have developed many friendships with Rockwell homeowners who invite me to their home. Because of this I have personally seen the quality of a Rockwell home build.
It’s important to know that Rockwell Homes was started by a local family 25 years ago. They love this community and work hard to provide beautiful quality homes and neighborhoods. They are honest and good and stand behind their product. They give back and uplift the community. One picture I’m attaching is the before and after of a room makeover. Her story tugged at my heart strings and it was incredible to be a part of.
I also know the warranty office staff work hard to stay positive, polite, and help with any circumstances that arise.
I think it’s important to acknowledge and embrace our humanity, including our capacity for errors. Things can arise despite our best efforts. I know the office staff will openly address and work with homeowners.
My honest thoughts…. I think you will love working with and owning a Rockwell Home. *chefs kiss*

I have been doing construction my entire adult my life of 43 years experiece in both residential and commercial construction and a few more if you count a couple of years, I done it in high school. I can’t believe this very poor workmanship by a builder. My son and his and numerous others That I have talked to that have the same concerns or rumors of the same issues throughout the community. I would highly recommend looking for another builder, not impressed with these guys at all !!!!!!

Had an amazing experience, Shon helped us with picking out our house by really giving us the time needed in the 2 that we were interested and once we picked out house Kip was amazing in making sure that everything was all touched up and answered all of our questions, we love our new home!

Our experience with Rockwell has been top notch from the very beginning. They are quick to respond to questions or issues and they're easy to get ahold of. Our home and property were well prepared and quality built. I highly recommend them.

I worked with Rockwell to build my home and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They made the entire process smooth and efficient. They allowed me to customize almost everything when choosing colors, fixtures, exc allowing me to make my vision into a reality. Several times they bent over backwards and somehow managed to fulfill my requests. I highly recommend choosing Rockwell when shopping for your future home.

unsatisfied with Rockwell homes. Our one year warranty is up and now we have broken windows in our house the so called repairs that the warranty work covered during that time have all came back. Guess what we have no more warranty! So now we are stuck with all the repairs and the cost. We purchased the house a year and a half ago. It’s a brand new house. Our floors seams are popping. All the caulk in the house needs redone again, we have nail pops all over in our sheet rock again! Cracks in the Sheetrock again, cracked grout lines. Doors don’t close properly we have a main floor that moves like crazy when you walk on it. It’s absolutely mind blowing. And just so you know they basically own all the attorneys in idaho. So if you’re wanting to sue for a lemon house good luck. And yes I hope they read this. I’m just in complete disgusted that they would do this to any family with little kids or any family at all for that point.

Rockwell along with our realtor and lender made the process of buying a home so smooth. We loved the home rep we had through Rockwell and he made sure everything was touched up and great for us before we moved in!! Sooo excited for our new house.

If you are considering a home purchase from Rockwell I would urge you take a walk through the townhomes Rockwell built in Woodland Hills and observe the concrete work. This is a good illustration of the construction Rockwell used then and it's beyond poor. I would ask them if this is what you can expect in your Rockwell home.
