I had a very good experience at mattress firm they took the time to really explain everything to me how the bed frame would fit in my room how we were going to get the bed frame into my mom's car and how it would look in my room and they called me through the process of paying for the bed frame how much it would cost it was just a great experience it was easy to.choose that store they were very informative

Both John and Joe were amazing! They were very patient with us while we tried out SEVERAL mattresses. They gave us time to talk about what we thought in private. They asked tons of questions to help us find what we wanted and encouraged us to say no if we didn’t LOVE the options. They took everything we said and was able to work out a great deal with us to get us, and even stayed after hours to get a mattress that met all our wants, needs and budget. They were excited for us to start getting a great night sleep and feel better than ever. I will definitely be back because of them.

I needed to buy a low profile box spring for my mom and John was super helpful. I thought getting her a box spring would be a time consuming process and it wasn’t at all. He gave me all the information I needed and then the time to make my decision. He had great customer service and it was truly a positive experience! I highly recommend.

Service was spectacular. We went in with a very specific budget for a pillow, the manager Joe kept us well well well under budget and saved us at least $100. Will be back for a bed soon enough.
