My review is based on a phone call for product check, the employee was pleasant & professional enough to provide a response. Product was not available at this store it would have earned a 5 star if the employee would have offered to have me check when perhaps the product may have been available, just a suggestion unless employees are not informed on the matter of product availability.

The sales team is performing well, and the staff members are pleasant. However, it may be worthwhile to consider enhancing the appearance of the entrance, as it currently gives an unkempt impression.

Im just gonna put my stuff out there and tell you that I take medication that helps me which is a mood stabilizer, an antidepressant, and a controlled substance that is often misused and sold on the streets. I've been going to Walgreens since they were closer to Pupukahi and just a small little pharmacy. Never had problems Im probably going to get the tech who answered the phone AND IM SORRY but she straight told me, yes, we have it in because she remembered me from the last 3 times of coming down. Mind you, I'm taking a bus from town to here because I'm usually like that. Just like having the same doctor, going to the same fast food restaurant, etc. i get there in LESS THAN AN HOUR because this is now 8 days without my meds, 3 days of missed work because I'm scared I'll have an episode at work that these meds help subside, and with out this medication that is prescribed by a DOCTOR, can have seizures. And I can't have that happening at work. So I get off the phone happy that this nightmare is going to be over and in that time I get there and the tech goes to the back for a couple mins and comes back to say " I am sorry but we don't have it" how is that possible? In less than an hour they gave all the medication out and there was 1 person waiting in the waiting room. Is the store clean? Yes Is the store staff itself nice? Yes Is the Pharmacy and its current head pharmacist professional and providing fair treatment to an individual whose been a customer for more than 20 years? NO. I'm depressed more than I've ever been, feeling horrible, and probably gonna get fired again from another job because of a pharmacist that is quick to judge. I have a legitimate issue and diagnosed by mutable doctors. Why can't this pharmacy get that?

I like bringing my photo orders to Walgreens because their service is really quick. I like the variety of photo products that they have, as well. They have very professional and friendly employees. Dexter was very personable and helpful at today's visit.

Went to the pharmacy for a 4pm flu shot. Got there at 3:30pm and 2 others who had 4:30pm appointments went before me. You guys really need to work on your time management and be better at your job.

walgreens waipahu pharmacy has rude unprofessional employees. I went to pick up me meds they told me was too early I then looked on my bottle last filled was 6/24/22 with quantity 15 tablets. to last me a month for which it did. I tried to pick up my meds 7/24/22 exactly 1 month from last fill. The lady reads my sig/directions of the how to take my meds and I'm like are you dumb do the math. daily as needed. i told her give me back my pill bottle she snatched it off the counter and stepped back which kind of threw me in a rage . I ask again she refused that's when I started yelling to give it back to me and she finally did. she the. yelled back as I was walking away to learn to read my sig. I turned around said I would in the medical field I know what sigs are I write them up I send to pharmacies don't tell me how meds work and how to use them. she was rude and inconsiderate would never go back here again as this was not the first time they messed up on my meds and insurance.

I needed a few things and searched target, Walmart and CVS apps but they don't have it. Lucky Walgreens have them in stock! Not only that but I was able to have 25% off with some coupon code and a $5 off on a couple items with manufacture's coupon in app! I placed my order for curbside pick up. App says will be ready in 30 min. I was skeptical at first, but i actually got the my order is ready e-mail just 5 minutes later! I will definitely check the Walgreens app next time I need something.

Don't ever try to call them. The number goes to a useless call center. They also ask about a survey but it doesn't give you a chance to take a survey after the call. Also, why take appointments for covid testing if they don't have a system where you can be called or queued in some way shape or form. Just a mess of cars lined up at the pharmacy window. Total waste of time.

This pharmacy is the worst one I have ever telephoned. Some how my call kept getting "dropped ". This is not first, second or third time I have had this problem with this place. Not that the people are pleasant to talk with once they do accept my call or when I visit the pharmacy there is no improvement. It always and I mean always seems to be a bad day for them. Very short and unhappy. Please! If you don't like your job leave. So to the management, this appears to be a long term problem, in which you have lost business. Not sure why it is not addressed. Maybe it is just that you treat your employees poorly or you just don't care. I have worked as a pharmacy tech and understand it can be difficult at times. However, after 4 months, it is not just a bad day it is the consistent bad attitude and poor service which has lost you another customer.

Made an appt for a Covid booster shot through the website which accounts for required time periods between shots but pharmacy staff would not give me the shot stating they go by the rule of thumb of 4 months and not the 120 days the scheduling website or specific guidance provided. Said they did not care how the website worked and yet that's how appointments are made. No wonder they only get 2 stars. Need to apply common sense and not just go by easy but inaccurate rules of thumb. Also need to understand how those rules of thumb they fall back on may not be precise enough to make proper decisions. Have had several issues with this pharmacy. Would give them 0 stars for critical thinking.

This is a review for the pharmacy department. Made an appointment for a vaccine booster shot. We were the only ones there and we had to wait 30 minutes!! The person at the window could not explain why it was taking so long. The person who finally came to administer the shot never apologized for the wait and made like we was wasting her time. Then you try to charge our insurance for the shot when it's supposed to be free? You just lost a customer.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Went in to make purchase and the cashier was rude when asking for my id... gave me an attitude and I asked to speak to a manager 3 times which he refused. Only when I started raising my voice about a manager did one come over and ask what happen...: I told her and she tries to trespass me!! Then all the employees sat around and let a customer verbally assault me... screaming in my face and trying to intimidate me! When that did work he followed me outside. This store is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't go here take your business elsewhere!

If I could give ZERO, I would. This is specifically about the PHARMACY. Some of the staff need an attitude check. Came here 15mins before an APPOINTMENT made. I noticed that a lot of other people were waiting. It makes no sense to make an appt if staff is just going to take everyone at the SAME time. I wasn't "seen" until 30mins AFTER my scheduled time. That WOULD be fine if there was a line before me...reminder, the appointed staff member took a GROUP of people before me. So there I was...ALONE, waiting to be seen. Adding more to the irritation...seeing the people behind the counter talking amongst each other because they're "upset"...which you could clearly see on their face. Seriously...wise up pharmacy staff.
