I truly appreciated the information that was provided to me. The 2 men that came to my home explaining my roof situation was very helpful. Brett Start was very informative on my needs and Giuseppe Hess was very helpful in the consulting information. At least I wasn't pressured into doing my roof asap. I was told I had sometime before my roof had to be done. I will surely keep True Home Roofing for my roofing needs.

Giuseppe returned after 18 months from initial installation for a follow-up inspection - roof still looking good. Always great customer service and Giuseppe has always been accommodating and able to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Top notch roofer. We had some leaks show up during heavy rains. The team took the time to show us exactly where the previous installation team had cut corners. Chris was a great inspector who worked hard to get us exactly what we needed at the best price.

Our home had some wind damage with noticeable missing shingles. I had a few roofing companies stop by and leave info but Chris was the most professional so we decided to move forward with True Homes. Chris made the process simple and easy for us - we had insurance, association approval and pool solar panels. I didn’t have to hound him with what’s next… his attention to detail and customer service was above and beyond.
I’d like to thank Chris and Will with his crew day of repair went smooth! We have a pool and they really protected everything around our home. Clean up was more impressive and they completed roof in one day. Chris was on site and even came back the day after to pick up any nails that may have been missed. Would highly recommend to family and friends!

Awesome! We worked with Giuseppe to replace our aging, storm damaged, contractor-grade roof. He guided us through insurance and association processes while making it easy for us to choose the best materials at a great price. The team worked quickly and courteously, cleaned up well after themselves, and answered all of our questions promptly. The solar attic fan is a game changer, dropped the temperature over 30 degrees! Highly recommend True Home.

Braddah Guiseppe and the crew at True Home Hawaii Roofing was very professional and thorough. We had other companies stop by before Guiseppe, but simply put was horrible and seemed like they were just out for a sale. All questions answered before, during and after our reroof.
