Went to the store to switch my mom’s carrier from at&t to tmobile and asked if they have any promotions. Per Taius there is $800 credit for iphone so went ahead and got the new iphone. But when i saw my bill i went to the store and ask why i didnt get the $800 credit. And unfortunately this (taius) didnt mention it to us that it was suppose to be a trade in. To make story short now this guy is making me a liar and cant even admit he was wrong and saying that he mentioned it to us when he really didnt!! Now im stuck to paying the phone!! Im so mad right now and no one can even help me.

Went into the store to get the promotion deal for switching over from sprint to T-Mobile entirely. Was in the store for an hour. Didn’t get the promotional deal done bc the clerk was clueless. Waited time and energy. Should have been more honest so I could have tried another store instead of wasting my time and money. Paid out my phone to get the new phone and no results. Without the promotional deal I’m stuck out on $350 dollars. Never going to this location again.

my husband and I went to that store just now. 1. An employee named Glad, 5 feet ish, long straight black hair, glasses, stopped us from going in. RUDELY harassing us with masks while chatting on the phone. I am 4 month pregnant and have a medical condition which I cannot wear a mask. I kindly told her, but she rudely replied" we then cannot help you. you must wear a mask." I said " are you going to be liable for my health?" she says no, and rudely continued with it's a mandate. (we all know illegal- Mandate is not a law) 2. Next, her colleague who has tattoos on her neck, long straight black hair, small eyes, came out started gang-banging on us the customers. Note: the moment we approached to the store, she, the employee named Glad, already had attitude toward to us, specifically targeting us, the mask was an excuse. 3. mask or no mask: WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHO SAID IT'S OK FOR HER COLLEAGUE TO JUMP INTO SOMETHING THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HER, AND GANG-BANG ON CUSTOMERS? 4. After all, as we were leaving, Glad, the employee, saw no on was watching: Gave us Dirty, Evil Smile... and when she saw me raising my camera, she stopped right way and went inside. Her name on the Tag is: Glad, she is about 5 ish, long straight black hair, metal framed oval shaped glasses, heavy eye make up. Her colleague who jumped in to Gang bang us: tattoos on neck, 5'5 or taller, long straight black hair, small eyes, no make up. this entire incident to begin: was solely based on tmobile Employees' discrimination specifically towards to us. As I stated: before we even approached the door of that tmobile store, That Employee named Glad was already giving us dirty looks (like she knew us) as she was chatting on the phone. As we were leaving, the employee was cheering for her " victory" with 5,6 people who were standing 4,5 feet away from the tmobile store. I can't help to think that the employee were being racist against us as my husband is a caucasian, and I am chinese. because: when my husband was trying to be nice and offered her: " alright we will just stay outside, you can have someone to help." (that's tmobile's corporate policy). The employee named Glad: " no we cannot help you." The best yet she got loud with me first while discriminating and disrespecting me, the customer. then she turns around and yells at me and my husband: "you can't yell at me!" This entire time, my husband never said a word to her but was trying to be nice. Also: In this event: The employees representing Tmobile, has violated the constitution of my human rights, consumer rights, the constitution is the supreme law of the land; has violated medical laws as far as HIPPA, ADA. That's discrimination on top of the other discrimination mentioned above. We have been a customer with Tmobile for decades. Well, NO MORE. P.s. the reason we had to go thru hostilities to go to the store: was because: Tmobile's app is not working, 611 is not working,y voicemail function is not working, we have not been able to pay bill online.

So I went in to transition from Sprint to T-Mobile, everyone there was super friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. What I thought would be a simple transition process lasted about a week. This was not the fault of the employees at the store, but what I gathered was a systems problem. I had to go back to the store several times before finally being able to transition. Long story short, after 4 visits I was a full fledged T-Mobile customer. If you have a business, they have some deals for the entrepreneur. They also have a First Responders plan. Anyways, I walked out with a new plan and a tablet and still paying less than what I was paying Sprint. Good Riddance Sprint. Shout outs: - Joemar who took the brunt of my frustration, but tried so hard to make things work for me (again it was of no fault of his) He even stayed past the time he was supposed to end his shift hoping that we could finally end the torture. Apologies to his GF who was expecting him to finish work on time. - Glad was so there to help me, she was always smiling which was hard for me to get angry. - Bruddah Matth who also helped out however he could. He too stayed over his shift to help me. We talked about weightlifting. Oh and he has a cool Deadpool Phone Cover too (Bonus points) So when I finally became a T-Mobile customer, it was bittersweet because I wouldn't be seeing the Kunia T-Mobile Crew as often. However, I think they were relieved that I won't be walking into their store anytime soon. Excellent Customer Service!!! Keep up the good work gang!!!

I love coming here to see Leka. He is always on point with his service and knows what he's talking about (unlike katrina at the pearl city tmobile). He always helps me & I'm in and out within 30mins which i love cause i got kids hanging off my hip.

Wife and I went there to switch from sprint to T-Mobile and look at their plans. Vianney helped us and he was very straight forward without trying to sell us anything. He helped us getting the first responder plan with 4 lines and showed us the break down of what we were paying previously and how much we would be paying with the different options. I was impressed with his customer service and his professionalism. We did catch them at the right time though cause it did get a little busy afterwards. It wasn't like sprint at pearl kai before - it felt like a car salesmanship and left with a big a** bill- hidden. T-Mobile experience was splendid and my wife loved it - she's a hard one to please - good job T-Mobile and good job To Vianney !!

We are totally impressed by the terrific customer services provided by the work staff at T Mobile Store in Kunia. Since we purchased our iPhone on April 6, 2021 from that store, we are totally glad and pleased that we chose this location. Finn, Gladys, and Ashley really helped us by answering all of the questions we had. They provided terrific in-service explanations on how to do certain transactions which initially appeared to be complicated and confusing. What made us feel really comfortable is that they all offered us to call or visit their store should we need their assistance. We felt really great and relieved after meeting with all of them. The knowledge they all have on the features and benefits of iPhone are incredible. We had learned a lot from the assistance provided by them. They all gave us more knowledge about the iPhone along with great peace of mind. They were so patient as they would check on us until we totally understood their explanations. When we were unclear about certain features, they all thoroughly explained and made sure that they were understood along with answering all of our questions. We are extremely satisfied that we had purchased our iPhone from T-Mobile Kunia location in the Waipahu area. It is a totally great feeling with our high level of confidence with the staff there and are very glad to be on the T-Mobile team. Finn, Gladys, and Ashley went above and beyond our expectations. Please keep up the outstanding work. The staff there is also very friendly and welcoming. They consistently checked with us if we had any questions before leaving the store. We will be very glad and enthused to refer our interested contacts to T-Mobile. Very Happy Customers, Henry and Jenny
