Finally came back after a couple years and was welcomed back by Maile! She is so sweet and showed me all the latest jewelry. Maile and Kimberly were so nice in helping me choose some jewelry and making conversation. They were both so refreshing and kind throughout my shopping trip. I'm looking forward to my next trip back!

We love the Waikele Swarovski Outlet store. They have great deals and their customer service is fantastic! I always feel special shopping or just browsing there. Michelle in particular is so amazing! With the store being closed during the pandemic, we found out they were open on Black Friday and stood in line for at least 45 minutes since they were only allowing 6 customers at a time in the store. Michelle was monitoring the door and when we finally got up there, she apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. She remembered us from our previous visits and asked how our birds were doing. Michelle was able to assist us with our shopping which was greatly appreciated (we wenta little crazy...). I think we got at least a dozen items from jewelry to figurines and she even helped us carry everything to the car. She really went out of her way to make us feel special and our business appreciated. This type of customer service speaks volumes! Mahalo Michelle!!
