I would like to say that even though the staff was polite, there's something going on wrong with this store and I the customer feel like I got scammed.So story is I went to return a few things that didn't fit back to the store and have it credited back to my Old Navy credit card. Well no one could help me because my transaction on the stores end showed up as "transaction canceled". I was informed at the time because I didn't want to take a store credit at the time that, Thomas, the manager that evening would contact someone about this because this isn't the first time at that store a transaction shows up canceled when it actually wasn't. This was 15thDec2023. Well I returned on Sunday the 17th and was greeted by a different manager that went to the back, came out and told me again I could only do a store credit. So not only am I forced to incure interest on my credit card for items I don't need but I now can only be forced to purchase an additional 65 dollars through their company's. I was also questioned with, " well we don't know if it went on your card", I took that as they were implying I was trying to lie and comment fraud. I was also instructed to cancel my Old Navy credit card with them just so this doesn't happen again, even though she told me she's not suppose to say that. I then proceeded like I did days before to log into my account and show them the transaction date and total as shown on the receipt. Luckily I don't really use this card but there it was the exact amount of my balance was that on the receipt purchase that evening, the manager even used my phone and scrolled down to check the details. The issue I have is One, forcing someone to just spend more money is absolutely wrong and is a scam from the company in my opinion. Second, I don't believe anyone called anyone. Three, I don't think their admitted issue with transactions at this location is being addressed, computer glitch or not, the returned items should have been credited to my account and I should not be forced to accept this resolve because of a lack of management oversight. Now I can use the credit to buy Christmas stuff I guess, but i had zero intentions or needs to do so at these places, so that was the only saving grace, it's Christmas time but canceling my card doesn't help anything, it hurts only my credit, so I won't be doing that. Someone needs to look into this store, located in the Waikele Shopping center:94-815 Lumiaina StreetWaipahu, HI 96797-5025.I hope someone takes the time and effort to look into this so it doesn't continue to happen as it was stated has been happening, insider fraud maybe? My next step will be to file a formal complaint with corporate on this issue.

Great deal for the family especially when you are on a budget. Dress your entire family in a one stop shop. They carry all sizes for all sizes!!!

I was looking for a plain white t-shirt (kids size) and found it!! It was on sale too!! I didn't realize a plain white shirt was so hard to find! Very neat and staff was nice and friendly. Lots of sizes available! Lots of parking too!

You can find some very good deals at this Old Navy Outlet. I frequent the Old Navy at Ala Moana and they actually run the same deals. They actually sell the same merchandise as well. I actually have their credit card and rack up so many points on it that the majority of the clothes I get are free. I really like their cute dresses and their T-shirts are really comfy. I also get their workout gear at times. The salespeople at this store are really helpful. They've greeted me every time I've been here. I try not to mess up the T-shirts when I'm looking for my size. There's always a salesgirl there folding the T-shirts that people mess up, so it looks neat. I know it's their job, but I feel bad that they're there the whole day just folding shirts that people throw back down. There was this one customer who grabbed a shirt from the bottom of the pile and the whole stack just collapsed. Sheesh! Come on people, have a little more respect. If you're in need of new clothes at reasonable prices this is the place to be.

I haven't been to this Old Navy Outlet store at the Waikele Shopping Center Outlet Mall in ages, but since I was already at the outlet mall to take care of a malasada craving, I decided to pop on into the Old Navy Outlet store. What was I looking for? To be honest, nothing in particular, but while browsing along the store I came across some DEALAGES!!!! Summer's here, and it's HOT in da 808, and what better way to start your summer then buying a pair of $10 dollar swim shorts!!! Can we say DEALAGES Yo!!! Of course this Old Navy Outlet store carries an array of items, but if you wanna get a great deal, you'll just have to be here at the right time, and it is apparent that Bruddah Fran hit it on da mark! Lol!

Not a lot of good deals here that you'd actually want to buy. If anything, I'd just go to a regular Old Navy.

Went to old navy with my well behaved toddler in my stroller . I'm guessing it was some kind of female manager who walked slowly up to us and stared . My child says hello first , and this girl or lady says hello back but adds , don't take her out of the stroller so she doesn't run around . Who says that? I'm here to shop obviously I know it's not a playground . I wouldn't even think about letting my child get out of the stroller that's why I brought it . Who is she to tell me that? I'll be back and if it happens again I'll be sure to do something this time .
