Just came from the gamestop in the Waikele center. Eli had given us the best customer service. From the start he was friendly and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the product and had a willing attitude to help anyway he can. Gamestop is very lucky to have an employee like Eli.

Mr Eli needs to gain a better personality in customer service. Extremely unfriendly. only seemed helpful to customers who understand the game system world. needs to exercise better work ethics. i understand it may not be your dream job. but you chose to work there. make the best out of it, understand you are getting paid and representing GameStop. think of it as training wheels for a real job or career one day by supporting yourself and moving out of mommy and a daddy's house. or if you're lucky a family of your own. OR you can go back home and play with your toys kiddo. it's the real world baby, time to grow up!! try wearing a smile for starters!! gain those gems, high score achievements kid!!! you making WAIKELE GAMESTOP look bad. step up your game bud!!

DM CHRIS your 2 females managers on call at 3pm but one refuses to give name? And the other refuses to honor the price she quotes day before if we brought in the cord.Your game stops need better trained people with your trade in side of customer service. And when your customer is leaving because you couldn’t help having the lady who refused her name yell at us have a better day after we explained our situation is escalating the customer. Rude beyond all get out. You’re right we can’t tell you how you feel but you clearly show how much you don’t care about people or your customers. Your actions and backpedaling speaks volumes. No one care about their words anymore they really don’t. Honor and integrity are lost when you can not honor your word and you back pedal because you messed up. Waste of time waste of energy. Will never return to game stop. I will be letting corporate know that your employees need better service training period.

Located in Waikele Shopping center between Jamba Juice & Beautiful Nail. This is the closest and go-to GameStop for and also the one located in Pearlridge shopping center. There is always something new every time I visit. A new shirt, funko pops and anime related figurines. I also come here to buy thumb protectors for my controller since I am a rough player. They also take old controllers or other gaming items for credit. The service is a hit or miss, there are some employees that will greet you and help you out and answer your questions and then some that won't speak to you at all, or acknowledge your presence. Other than that, when you have a helpful employee it makes the experience all worth while and they are willing to help you get that item or game you're searching for.

My whole family loves GameStop. I swear we're a family of gamers. My husband plays the Playstation. My son plays the Xbox. I play the Switch. I know tell me about it. I was here to get a controller for my Switch. The hubby is using it for the Zelda. I have the limited edition Switch and set in the Animal Crossing print. I totally love it. We must have been to all the GameStops on the island. Too bad many of them closed. We stop by when we're in Waikele. The workers are always friendly and helpful.

GameStop in Waikele is a great place to go for the newest games and the employees always give the best recommendations. Tiara was so helpful the last time we came to get the new Zelda game on the switch. Can't wait to go back for the next trending game!

All the game stop I went to this Game stop has friendly staff. They are super honest and with good customer service. I see that they have excellent manager and excellent team.They also willing to help you with their knowledge. Plus they tried to help you find best gift if you are looking for something special.. My expectation is high because I was retail store manager for 24 years. They know how to treat customers very well. They will go beyond out their way to give good experience to the customer. If you stop by you know what I mean...Thank you for excellent service whenever I visited your store. Keep up with excellent service.
