Lowest prices in town! Went with these guys. Ben at the front desk was super friendly, offered me water, and even gave me a hand when I was loading. Absolutely best storage service in town and very competitive prices! Highly recommend.

Laurie was so lovely to work with. I reserved a locker to see that day but when I went to see it, it was already taken. When she saw the disappointment she said I will have another one tomorrow and will call you once it is ready. I thought sure, that’s what they all say. But sure enough the next day she called and told me that it is ready and to be on the lookout online for it so when I saw it I rented the unit right away.When we came for the tour and pick up our lock, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have a rental elsewhere and they didn’t do that with me. I love her bubbly personality. I’m thinking I might move my other unit here, depending on price and size of unit, just because of Laurie. ?What I am told is reserving a unit doesn’t guarantee the unit. The only way to secure the unit is to rent it. But me losing out on the first unit was a blessing in disguise, because the unit I got was bigger so I was happy. Thank you Laurie you are a rockstar!!!!

I had such a great move in experience with Laurie and Azzy they were very welcoming and good at there job. Got my keys and code and talk a lil stories with them before I continued my move in. Love there energy and the facility was nice and clean.

Laurie was extremely helpful and professional. Making my experience very favorable. I really love the facility and how organized it is. I am happy with my choice to use this service. It has made a sad time for me with a loss in the family much better for me. Aloha and Thank you LaurieJust heard Laurie is leaving as manager and if this is true I will move my storage with her. Hope they realize they are losing an amazing employee.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The property is extremely clean and well maintained, This was my first time renting a storage unit and Laurie went above and beyond with customer service & taking the time to know us. My husband and I were stuck in the elevator on July 2nd, 2023 at approximately 6:45 pm with two other customers. We used the emergency phone, but the reception was bad and the person on the other line (female) kept cutting out. It was hard to understand her. She did not express any empathy for our situation and did not give an ETA on the person who was to help us. I called a second time @ approximately 7:15 pm and the phone was answered by a male. He notified us that someone was supposed to be on their way and we needed to wait another 20 minutes. We waited for 40 minutes and called again. Another male answered the phone and we had the most difficult time understanding him. We heard someone downstairs trying to access the elevator and thought it was our rescue, but it was a customer trying to call the elevator down so that they could use it. I had to shout down to them to tell them we were stuck in the elevator. After almost an hour, I called 911 and had the fire department come to get us out. I don't want anyone to go through this same ordeal. The emergency phone did not work and there was no local number identified to call in case of emergencies. I was told when I began my contract, that the elevator was old and would be replaced. I have heard that the elevator breaks down occasionally. They have failed to replace the elevator so I will no longer be a customer of this company.

Needed a storage room asap, went online and reserved a space. Got a phone call within seconds, person on the phone was very user friendly. After arriving at the location Mrs. Lauri provided an outstanding service. Walked me through the process, answered all my questions. Absolutely recommend this location!

This is my first ever storage unit and probably will be my last!. The customer service is beyond amazing. They helped me find the perfect storage unit, and also I also look forward to seeing aunty Laurie! She’s the sweetest staff, she makes sure everyone is good. I’ve never had a problem with securespace, and if I do I’m sure it will be taken care of asap. I would definitely recommend this storage space to anyone!

Laurie at secure space has been great. We have been renting two large bottom floor units at this location for over 3 years now. We often get packages and Laurie makes sure to give us a call when packages arrive. We couldn’t think of a better place to storage our businesses goods. Thank you Laurie!
