First time here but my husbands family has been coming here for years! Debbie is so friendly and there is a huge selection to look at! She will help you pick out the right piece and customize it for you. I picked out a bracelet that should take about a week to make and I'm so excited to see it! Everybody needs to know the price of gold. 24k $62.00 gram 14k $36.00 gram this place said they follow the gold market. Then charge u $62.00 gram for 14k. That's how u double up on your on customer's

Horrible customer service. Owner flipped me off and started cursing at me calling me names and slurs. Laughed that I was upset with them completely changing the ring. Lied about product I’d get back, came to pick it up and it was completely different. WOULD NOT go here for resizes or for anything. They do not care about their customers . They are a grimey business not in it with the right intentions. Poor morales and overall extremely rude people. Would not recommend to anyone

I went there to look for a Hawaiian bracelet. I ended up getting my bracelet re-enameled. I had a letter missing but they had to do the whole word redone because of the process. It took two days. I got a phone call when it was done. I was pleased with the turnaround time. I paid $35 when I picked it up. When I asked for a receipt the man behind the counter said it was going to cost me $1.75 for a receipt. I said never mind. I have never in my life been charged for a receipt.

Poor customer service! Do not go. I waited 45 mins for a watch band change, only to find they couldn't do it. Disappointed in lack of communication.

Always great friendly service. Great repair services and beautiful jewelry. Have taken our gold chains for repair here and they also clean and make it all shiny again. Definitely recommend Debbie's.
