Having a busy job, I knew I needed a wedding planner to help plan our big day. I had reached out to a few planners however after my first call with Tina, I knew that Food For The Soul would be a perfect fit for us. Tina is amazing at what she does and made my husband and I feel at ease throughout the planning process. She is caring, detail oriented, organized, and a true pro when it comes to planning weddings!! We truly would have been lost without her! She helped us navigate the overwhelming process of planning out every detail to ensure our wedding day turned out just as we envisioned it (even better to be honest!!). Tina was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I was quite indecisive with certain aspects of our wedding and really relied on Tina for recommendations on set-up, design, and the selection of certain vendors. She did not disappoint! Our wedding was perfect thanks to Tina and our very talented vendors. If you are looking to get married on Maui, we highly suggest going with Tina and the Food For The Soul team!!

Tina and her team are truly a dream to work with. You will NOT find anyone more trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented. I truly feel like we hit the jackpot with Tina.The minute Tina showed up on my wedding day, all of my stress melted away. She is organized and timely, but also manages to be relaxed and fun. Tina built our timeline and executed every event and detail PERFECTLY!I cannot thank her enough for all the work she put into my day. We cannot speak highly enough of Tina and the entire Food for the Soul team. Tina was with me every step of the way and took all my stress from me. Because of her I was able to focus on celebrating my marriage with my new husband and our close friends and family. Her assistant Alana was so amazing and really personable as well. They exceeded my expectations and more. They listen and put your wedding vision to life.I have gotten so many complements about how amazing the food was and continue to get them still, all because Chef Rob! He prepared the most amazing appetizers for cocktail hour and the main course, plus adding in a late night appetizer was a HIT!I seriously want to get married over and over again because Tina was so amazing and she truly made my wedding everything and more. I recommend Tina to all future brides and am so grateful she made our special day absolutely amazing!(PHOTOS TO COME SOON)

We were thrilled to hear how much our wedding guests LOVED the food! From appetizers to main courses, Food for the Soul provided mouth-watering meals. Our only regret is that as bride and groom, because we were moving around so much, we didn’t get to really sit and enjoy everything—but that’s to be expected. If you hire FFTS, make sure to try everything because it’s not to be missed! Tina was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and even assisted with our rentals. The FFTS team made our wedding day seamless, and we highly recommend their services!

If I could leave 20 stars I would. Food For The Soul, Tina and her entire team are incredible people, the food was excellent and the service was second to none. The event was a memorial service for my in-laws who were tragically killed in the Lahaina fire in August. Tina handled the planning with so much care. I took a guess at how many people would attend and how long the event would be and the team made it all work. I wish I had a happier event to plan with Food For The Soul, I'd love to have them all again under different circumstances!

We had our wedding in Paia. These guys made, delivered our Filwt and MahiMahi dinners, on time, still hot, and unbelievably the best Filet that any of us had ever eTen. Great job, and Thank you!!

What incredible people to work with! A million times over I would use them again. The attention to detail to plan our wedding, and another event that same week was beyond perfect. The food was incredible, and the attention to the events (2 of them in one week) was beyond our expectations. Tina was easy to work with and guided us in what she did and then what we needed to do as well. 70 and 80-year-old guests were saying it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I credit Food for the Soul and her AMAZING team. Have no reservations - please do consider them for any of your events. I'm so humbled and grateful to Food for the Soul.

Tina and her team did a phenomenal job with our food for cocktail hour and dinner at our wedding! There were so many great choices and everything worked out perfectly! We were very satisfied and thankful to have such a great caterer for our wedding!

You must hire Tina and Food for the Soul for your wedding planning and catering! She made all our wedding dreams a reality.From day one, Tina was always on top of everything. My partner and I both have very busy jobs, but Tina was always organized and helped alleviate any stress. Every call we had with her made us more excited as the wedding approached. She has excellent relationships with her vendors, all of whom rightfully adore her.On our wedding day, Tina and her entire Food For The Soul team executed everything flawlessly. Her team took all the stress away. We were able to enjoy every single moment of our wedding day.All our guests raved about the food. Some of our favorites were the pork sliders, coconut shrimp, and ahi tar tar for appetizers. The Maui Waldorf salad was so refreshing. And for the entrees, we loved the filet mignon! We also had an array of desserts that I couldn’t get enough of.We consider ourselves so lucky to have found Tina and Food for the Soul. It is so important to find a wedding planner that you trust. Tina made the entire process and wedding day itself so magical. To top it off, she has a heart of gold. We had frequent phone calls to ensure that we were on track with wedding planning. From beginning to end, Tina helped us stay within our budget, answered all of our questions, and supported us in planning a Hawaii wedding all the way from California! We are so blessed to have worked with them.Rentals - Tina ensured that all rentals were delivered to the venue AND had her crew set them up! This took so much stress out of our day and made it so easy for us. She and her team helped assemble decor that I had brought from California and the venue looked AMAZING.NOW THE FOOD - we were married in May 2023 and friends and family are STILL talking about the food! It is the best food we have ever had at a wedding - visually stunning, delicious, and no one went home hungry.Tina and her team are dependable, honest, hard-working wonderful people that we wouldn't hesitate to hire again. Tina and her food for the soul team were amazing. 5 stars all the way. Not only did she help me to throw an amazing 65th birthday for my momma but she has the kindest and most generous heart. She is top of the line...attention to detail, impeccable taste and takes every single detail into account. You won't have to do any work except choose which amazing foods you'd like. Not only was she perfection but her team were so lovely. They left the house more perfect than they found it and we are just so impressed with every detail of the party. Thank you Tina!
