The manager peka was absolutely fantastic. I thought it was a fed ex store, and it was not. I had driven 20miles to get there. Everyone I encountered was basically telling me I was out of luck. However after speaking to peka, she helped me get my packages, packed up and sent. I am so impressed with this service because she took the extra mile to help me. I will never forget her courtesy with me. My daughter had broken her elbow while traveling , and we needed to ship a lot of our luggage home. Thank you so much Peka!

workers constantly follow you hard and uncomfortable to shop, OTC products are mislabeled by there weigh for instance all united health care members get $177.00 a month like food stamps on every day needs soap, toilet paper, food and vitamins, like spam is armored ham, canned fruit is 4 for $2.00 store breaks down the 4 into 1 for you 3 back on the counter. refer to your united health care pamphlet. workers are gonna deny you and charge you. so I found out you bring your pamphlet have the worker scan your pamphlet with that products barcode and magic.. free 99.. up to $177.00 worth of pretty good stuff check it out dual benefits snap and united concurrent..

I use to go to this pharmacy often and it was great, but in the last 6 months they never have my medication, they close for lunch and don’t come back in time, they are rude and lastly, they always blame my provider saying that they never sent my medication. I’ve left the ER in the past and had to wait 3-4 days to even start my antibiotics in past because of this inconsistency.

Lazy store associates. Called to make sure an item was available before placing online. I was told it was available. I put in the order at 9:37am and I got confirmation text my order was placed the moment I hit that place order button, and seconds later I get a text "order cancelled, out of stock." Was it enough time for the employee to look for the item, NO! I called the employee was like "oh yah, I know what your talking about because I cancelled the order, hold on..." I was on hold for more than 5 minutes so I hung up and called back. I spoke to a manager and she said they have the item and they'll put it on hold for me. I go there and no one knows where the item is being held at. Waste of time. I'm taking back my one star.

Terrible RUDE and condescending staff talking to me and other customers disrespectfully like children. I had a paper coupon that wouldn't scan and the ignorant and condescending manager "Henry" was lazy and uncaring makes Ng absolutely no effort whatsoever to accommodate a customer and make the wrong right by lying and saying that they can't manually enter a coupon if the paper is damaged. There were other terrible issues as well. This is not how you treat people, especially customers, at all!!

I like that this location has a drive thru to pick up meds from the pharmacy. Store itself is fine for basic needs. They keep a lot of stuff locked up. There are buttons around the store customers can press that announces when an employee is needed in a certain aisle. Someone usually comes quick to unlock the case and then takes the item to the register for when you are ready to pay. But just don't forget to ask for it when you're at the checkout counter. Otherwise you'll be like me and have to make another trip back for the thing you initially went to the store for.

Pharmacist are extremely rude. Started yelling in front of everyone cause some one left and the clerk didn't let them know. I mean, it was busy and I don't know how they could keep track of who comes and goes. Came here as a last resort for a covid shot.

Our car was towed from their lot despite us being paying customers. Turns out they have a contract with tow company to watch over the lot and swoop in as soon as you step foot off property. Tow company will tow even without request/complaint from the businesses as the Walgreens manager stated that she did not call to authorize tow. The parking signage is confusing. Be warned. Although it seems like one large shared lot, one side is Walgreens parking and the other is for Papa John's and the adjacent businesses. Walgreens partnership with this vulture-like tow company shows that they don't care about their customers.

Update: After reaching out to corporate I was told I would hear back from the DM within two business days. I didn't hear from the DM, instead I heard from another store manager, Max, at different location (Wahiawa store manager was on vacation). Long story short after some back and forth (trying to understand why Walgreens had seemingly set up a contract to allow this tow company the unilateral ability to tow a paying customer's vehicle from their property - TMK report shows Walgreens is the land owner) we seemingly came to the understanding that this possible contract should at least be reviewed by the DM and the Wahiawa store manager to avoid these types of situations. As a result they decided to reimburse me for the cost of the tow and said they'll review the contract once the store manager is back from their time off.I'm glad to hear Walgreens has some reasonable people like Max and the corporate office who can understand this isn't a logically fair way to treat customers or run a business. I can only hope they will review their contract with Response Parking Management and end their ability to tow people's vehicles at will or completely terminate their contract with that tow company. My opinion of Response Parking Management is they are very predatory and looking out for themselves for a quick tow and money vs what is best for the company they work for and the customers who visit.I won't know if any of this will happen. If Walgreens will review the contract, alter it, or terminate it. Hence the 3 stars instead of more. Idk if others will have to deal with Alex and his tow company at this location. The best I can do is say, if this happens to you contact Walgreens! For now I'll believe Walgreens is a decent company and this error simply happened because of some oversight and wasn't intentional as it seems Walgreens has taken steps to correct the issue.

I've visited Walgreens in Wahiawa to drop my fedex package. Unfortunately, they do not provide labels to send your package. The Manager, I spoke with her name is Mary does not have customer service skills, whatsoever, not customer service-oriented, no greetings, disgruntle, attitude, she just there to earned and get paid 8 hours of work. Very frustrated, no pride of what she does. Management. I recommend to send your manager to training to learn on how to act/talked like manager. Very poor service. Unsatisfactory.

I had an awful experience here—the card machine wouldn’t accept my card and kept declining—I actually had money on my card so I don’t understand that but not really the point. Super embarrassing but not their fault! The lady was really rude though. I don’t usually leave reviews because I also work retail and I know how irritating things can be , but the way she spoke to me was extremely condescending. She ended up voiding the purchase without asking if I had another form of payment or anything. I ended up sending my husband in there with an alternate form of payment. She made an already embarrassing situation more embarrassing. And then she asked my husband if he had enough money to pay for the purchase ?? LMAO this happened 8:30 pm on June 5th
