Ok this sams is super slow and unresponsive i waited forever in person and ended up leaving because they were taking too long to get back to me on whether they have an item. I tried calling in as well but was not successful because no one answers the phone. Absolutely horrible.

I really hate the parking at this location, I swear it's very unsafe and i almost get hit everytime I come here. Since lines are super long and it's very crowded I tried ordering and picking up instead but I was stuck outside waiting forever. Really don't like coming here.

I love using the Sam's app when in the store. Easy to scan and check out. However, today I had to get somethings for work and use petty cash to pay for the items. This forced me to stand in line to check out. I kid you not, I was in line for 25 minutes. The best part ? I was the 4th person in line. It took so long to ring up the people in front of me and the cashier kept having to ask a supervisor to override things on the register. The supervisor would come over, punch in some numbers, fix the "problem", and walk back to the exit door. He was tied up scanning people out of the store when he should have been helping with bringing down the line and jumping on another register. There were literally 2 cashiers working and the line was getting ridiculous. It was about 5p and the crowds were building just to check out. I feel that the workers cared more about scanning people out of the store than ringing people up. It's almost as though Sam's cares more about people self checking out than they do customers who pay cash.

DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE. I ordered items to be delivered to my office. The delivery driver texted me, asking where to park. I gave him specific instructions where I was located and options where to park. My items were never delivered. I was told by Sam's Club help center, that the driver got frustrated and returned my items back to the store. When I asked the delivery manager to attempt redelivery, he said that there was no drivers and he can attempt delivery tomorrow or refund my money, but the refund will take days! When I purchased the items, they didn't have a problem taking the money out of my account right away. But refunding is sketchy. I was also told by the delivery manager, "don't ever use delivery again". Now I don't know if I will get my items or get my money back. $181 worth of product. Also their help center hung up on me 3 times and no one answers the phone at the Pearl City store. This gives me the impression that they don't care whether you get your purchase or not. Also they don't value a loyal customer.

I shop in bulk for work and the most easiest and convenient place to shop is at Sam's Club! Why? - ease of online shopping - checkout is fast - curbline pickup - you can pick your day and time - it's always ready 30 min prior - awesome communication - plenty of stalls (they added more stalls too) - fast service - friendly service Love Sam's for this!

Took my car in to purchase tires and after waiting 3 hours after the time an employee told me it would be ready, tried to call. Found out that you cannot call the tire center direct and when you try, the call is directed to the Philippines where they try to bs you and put you on hold until it cuts off. Even tried calling the main number to speak with customer service and I left the phone on the counter for 30 minutes on hold until it cut off. If there were negative reviews, then -8.

I love the fact that you can scan your items and leave, don't need to stand in long lines! However, you will need to upload the Sams club app, very user friendly! They have items that you don't find at Costco.

This review is for the cafe. I go to Sam's about once a month. Up until then, I had not tried their kalua pig plate, which is available at the Sam's here in Hawaii. I've read others reviews on it and have seen the pics so was anxious to try it myself. For $5.98 seemed like a good deal for a local plate lunch. I found out quickly that you cannot order this off the scan & go app for the cafe & have to stand in the long line to order it. That sucked! I am guessing that the app is designed for all the Sam's stores & probably doesn't have the capability to add local specialty items. So I stood in the long line. The cafe always has a long line & they only have 1 person at the register, which doesn't make sense. They have another worker filling the orders and a 3rd one who is at the other register but only for the scan & go line. The cashier is ok friendly & the worker filling orders really hustles. But even with that set up, the line is still long & moves slowly. Doesn't make for good customer service. I ordered my kalua pig plate & proceeded to wait while they prepared the plate. Everything is premade so I knew it wouldn't take long. There's 1 - 2 people in the back doing this as well as prepping pizzas & other items on their menu. I didn't have to wait long but noticed even the scan & go line was long so what's the point of that if you still have to wait? I get it if you had a large order but some of these people waiting had small orders, like 1 or 2 hot dogs, slice of pizza, sundae, etc. When they call your name/order that worker is very friendly & thanks you for waiting.I ate my plate when I got home & was sadly disappointed. I had a small scoop of mac salad, maybe only 1/2 cup of kalua pig & each of these were in the small part of my plate. In the larger compartment of the plate where the entree should have been, it was all white rice, like way too much. There wasn't 2 scoops of rice but more like 3-4 scoops of rice. WTF?!? There was so much rice there, I ended up tossing it. The mac salad was ok, average. The kalua pig was dry & not much flavor. My plate definitely did not look like the review pics I've seen. The pics I saw clearly had only 2 scoops of rice, scoop of mac, the section where the rice was on my plate, was all kalua pig, like double the amount......seriously?!? I felt like I got cheated so for $5.98 I got a plate of rice with a side of mac & kalua pig. I won't buy this again at Sam's. I'll pay more at Waiaole Poi Factory, Young's Fish Market, Highway Inn, or any other established Hawaiian food place to get decent kalua. I guess it's true, you get what you paid for, sadly.

Valerie at the Membership desk was a blessing. She handled my issue with patience and kindness, and I felt very comfortable asking her questions, and she was able to solve my problem. Staff here is friendly, prices are very reasonable and the food and houseware items have been good quality. Returns are fairly easy. Great place to shop.

Loyal customer for over 10 years. Absolutely love shopping here minus the food court department.Management really set the bar low when it comes to addressing its issues. It is vital that this department get the attention it needs.I understand there is near zero profit for the rotisserie chicken sams club is famous for and it literally brings people in and back for more.I do not know if a profit is turned for the famous food court that offers a variety from fountain soda to pizza to hot dogs and more.People keep coming back for more!!!In fact, it is in high demand. So, with that being said, why does it get the least attention from management?Successfully running this department entails going to it and observing it's needs. When bad goes to worse I've witnessed on more than one occasion multiple Sams club members leaving. Walking out very angry.I've personally witnessed this and in addition, soda fountains out of soda. If not out then flat.Anyone who's worked in the food industry knows you need to keep the ice filled for it to function properly for a great product.Trash, trash on the floor because the trash cans are literally stuffed. Tables, literally left filthy as there seems to be not enough help or the schedule is defining run thin.Cashiers flustered, orders coming in faster than the cook can prepare them.Just how many ovens do you have?Your cook definitely looks overwhelmed and who wouldn't be when you have a sea of angry eyes staring in frustration. How important is this to management? If running the crew on a Skelton by saving labor is the goal it is definitely achieved but at what price?Where is your working kitchen manager?Where is the Pride from management and does this need to be addressed through corporate. It is everyone's responsibility to make sure Sams Club is a fine working entity. As a loyal member I would love to see this brought up in meetings. I would love to see your food court staff happy and not walk off the job. Everyone working at Sams club deserve better. Your customers/members depend on management to come though and do the right thing. Hope to see a major improvement very soon. For now we will discontinue food court purchases. Not because the food is bad but because I do not want to put more stress on the department as it is. Props to Pua for swallowing so much stress.Definitely deserves employee recognition.
