ZERO STARS. if you have a real body, this company will not cater to you in any way. Definitely caters to the petite model types only though so if that’s you, you’ll probably like it here. Rude workers when I went in last which was probably about 7 years ago, but that shows just unmemorable & not worth it, this store specifically is.

Do not buy from here. Sizing is SUPER off and when I went to return same day from purchase (because I called to ensure they would return for a refund) they said that I could either exchange or get a gift card. NEVER told me that on the phone. YIKES!

Never open when advertised. Made a trip down to try and exchange a top, website said it was open, nope! I guess they need to pay their employees better? Love their suit bottoms, the tops are for anyone with a C cup or less, even the XL.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND STORE AT ALL COSTS.I bought a bikini from San Lorenzo a few months ago, convinced that they were high quality products. I was completely wrong. Finally had the opportunity to wear the bikini. After a few hours in the ocean, the bikini stained everything it touched. It stained my bath tub, clothes, and backpack. The bright pink dye was bleeding everywhere. I contacted San Lorenzo about my experience and was offered an exchange for their defective product. They referred to this as a "manufacturing issue." I was reassured that if I brought a proof of purchase, I would be able to exchange it. I went to the Paia location, prepared with my proof of purchase, and email conversation with the "Sales Operation Manager." The employee working at the store had no idea what do. On top of that, their computer was not working. She kept calling her manager about the situation. After an hour in the store, I picked out a bikini that I wanted for the exchange. To my surprise, I was told that I would have to pay for the difference which is completely unfair. In the end, I wasted both my time (having to drive all the way to Paia and wait at their store for over an hour) and money in order to resolve this issue.

Love their whole vibe! Beautiful lighting, cute backdoor to secret cafe garden and really clean fitting rooms with PROVIDED hygenic liners (cant stress how important this is but its a business that obv cares about your well being,and its eco since you only use a liner on the pieces you try on) great sales near new years too!
