“Only a warehouse to pick up the furniture you purchased from Inspiration. They gave grams a map and receipt and off I went to haul the items back to her place. I reverse parked in front of bay 7 and walked up a small set of stairs. Was greeted by the guy. Grams called ahead that I was coming instead of her. I had to show the receipt and my ID. Luckily her furniture was boxed up and inside bay 7. The guy loaded it into my vehicle and I strapped it on my own. I caught the weather at a great time but brought a tarp just in case.”

“Bought a punee sofa years ago from them for my then young daughter that can convert to a bed by removing the bolster pillows. The sales associate was super helpful in helping me choose a beautiful leaf pattern fabric in an off-white on a light taupe green. It was made-to-order and turned out beautiful. It was so well-made. We still have and use the base and toss pillows to this day. It was one of the few furniture items that moved with us from Oahu to Maui in 2013. I highly recommend this store for high quality made-to-order furniture.”

“I cannot thank Rent-A Center enough for coming to my rescue! After being away from home for a few days, I come home to a refrigerator that wouldn't stop beeping and displaying a power outage error code. I spent a LONG time trying to troubleshoot the problem myself as it was already later in the evening and too late to call any professionals. Nothing worked! I was very concerned because my fridge and freezer weren't as cold as they should be. The next morning, I chatted online with a Whirlpool representative who was of no help. The representative just asked me if I did all the things that I had tried the night before. Basically, they said there was nothing they could do for me and I would need to contact someone locally. I remember my parents having their fridge break in the past, so I asked them what they did while waiting for a new fridge. They said they rented a fridge. I didn't even know that was a thing! They recommended me to Rent-A-Center. I called them as soon as they opened. Initially, they said they could put me on standby the next day and if that didn't work out, then they could put me on the list for the following week. I couldn't wait that long! I guess the employee could hear the desperation in my voice and went to speak to their manager. Somehow they were able to squeeze me into their already busy schedule for the day. After looking through their inventory, the employee was able to find me a 14 cubic feet fridge. You agree to a month long rental, which came out to $108.28 plus taxes and because I would need drop off/pick up it was another $150. She took all my contact information, including my social security number which I thought was odd, but she said it was to see if I qualify. The paperwork was emailed to me so I could DocuSign it. She also mentioned that I would need to call one week prior to the expiration of the month's rental to confirm pick up or ask for an extension. Then I was all set! By about 4:30 that afternoon, the refrigerator rental was dropped off to my unit! Just needed to plug it in for about two hours and I was able to transfer (and save!) most of what was in my fridge/freezer. Bless your hearts Rent-A-Center Waipahu! Thank you for your amazing customer service. They really put customers first. You saved the day!”

Sales associates are available to assist.3. The warehouse staff was able to assemble the table for pick up. We were told to call ahead about 2 hours before pick so the staff had enough notice.Our sales associate, DJ, was most helpful, informative, and above all else, very patient. The table we had selected was on back order, and we were told we had to pay the full cost in advance to secure our order. BOTTOM LINE:Furniture shopping is tedious, but also fun at the same time.”
