This gas station is our go to since it's close to home. We use our Kama'aina card and save .15 cents per gallon on gas. Costco is still a better bargain but we prefer to not wait in line.If you use the Kama'aina card when making a purchase in the convenient store, you can earn points that can be redeemed towards discounts on items or on gas like earning cash.

i love coming to this gas station. the worker kai makes me feel welcomed. he is a great asset to this company!!! he deserves a raise!. multiple times i had came and needed help and he offered to come out side to help me. he is the sweetest and kindest person. he has the best service i had ever came across. thank you for your hard work!!!! keep it up!!!

7-15-22 Pulled in here out of necessity... heard the DING!!! Then the orange light went on....38 miles left on the indicator.We were picking up dinner from Saito and Pho and $5.33 a gallon seemed ok since Costco was backtracking and out of the way.Since it's self serve and I saw many cars pulling up to the pumps ... sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do.Guess driving Bud home almost every day after babysitting him made the fuel drop from 284 at the beginning of the week.As I checked the gauge this morning, seeing 408 miles on my dashboard filled me with a sense of relief and renewal.Nom Nom is here but have never gone inside. It's worth filling up gas here if you need to stop at Longs, Starbucks, Mc Donald's and several other take out spots in the complex.

I filled up gas and got CHARGED, when no gas was actually put into my tank. I went inside to see if there was an issue, and was told to just fill up again on a different pump since the other one was probably just out of gas. she took my name and told me to just come back if the charge actually ends up going through. i filled up on a different pump, and got my gas. few days later, i got charged for the gas that i didn't received. i went back, talked to the manager and the same thing happened again, she just took me name and said she'll look into it because it's unusual. long story short, no help was received, but hopefully my issue actually gets resolved soon.

Bad ratings on the 8 Pumps. 1 Pump has been Out Of Service for several weeks. Bunch of the other Pumps Card Readers DON'T WORK. Even for giving Receipts. Most of them have been EMPTY for several months.Then U have some Idiots who BLOCK both Pumps & go into Nom Nom.

Hele Gas or shall I say Nom Nom convenient store is the only gas station in Mililani Mauka. It's always busy but the turnover is quick as the employees are friendly. They always At hello and ask about my day. Just good people. We can't control the gas prices but we can be happy we live in Hawaii.

This gas station will not let you as a customer who spends over $60 with them to use a restroom. Go to ANY other place in the island

The vacuum doesn't work. 1. Why isn't there a sign that says out of order? 2. When I asked for my $1.50 back the cashier responded that's not our company so we're not responsible and when I asked for the name and phone number he couldn't give it either. 3. Cashier was also laughing at me. When the only solution he gave me was to come in tomorrow when the manager is in. 4. Waste of time, horrible customer service.

I'll change my rating if I get a better experience later. Went to this "24 hour" store. Attendant was cleaning a counter inside with the doors locked. When I knocked she looked at me then looked away and ignored me. Terrible service.

I usually only come here when I've missed filling up at Costco, or to fill up the 1 gallon gas can for my lawn mower. Staff has always been friendly. Place can get a little busy at times, but has never been a problem, other customer's have always been friendly as well. I think this is the 4th time the name of the place has changed, but that hasn't changed how well it operates.

Ate here several nights and the food was good. Combination plate offers diversity, spring rolls are good and the service is excellent.

Excellent Food to go restaurant (Take out) busy day and need dinner on the way home Mauka Chinese Restaurant is the answer. Our favorites are the House Noodle, Salt and Pepper Pork Chop, Mussel in black bean sauce, Choy Sum in Oyster sauce.

The quality of food is going rapidly downhill and so is the service. Check your bill for over-charges, as it frequently happened to us, not once, but twice.
