They did a fabulous job repairing my doors on my Kia Soul after being hit by another car. I was worried about the crinkle in between the 2 door jams.. Like new! May provides excellent customer service. They are in the Kuhio Ford, Mazda dealership. The best part is that it only took a few days once scheduled. Job well done. They were on my Statefarm preferred collision dealer list.

If I could give less than a one star, I would.The last time I've brought my vehicle to Kuhio Chevy for a service 3 years ago, a technician banged my truck while reversing off the lift and parts had to be replaced. I went back this time because it is the dealership of my vehicle's manufacturer with the thought it would be a better decision. I regret that decision completely .My Silverado had given out while I was driving and so my first thought was to bring my truck to the dealership that dealt with my manufacturer. But, I was wrong.I was able to schedule my appointment on 3/31/23 at 730 am online regarding a diagnostic check on my vehicle.I informed an advisor that my vehicle was going to be towed to the dealership on Thursday 3/30 so it would be there first thing in the AM for my appointment.The advisor confirmed my vehicle was received and would be looked at. On Friday 3/31 in the morning, I've attempted multiple times to contact the service department to follow up on the progress of my vehicle starting from the morning, but had not received a response from anyone in the service department. I have left voice mails and called multiple landlines during that time, and still no response. Not one person answered their phone that day. I didn't receive a response from Kuhio Service dept. until Tuesday 4/4 @1305 via text message for communication. Noted this is after multiple phone calls to landlines, extensions and voicemails to Kuhio service dept. in the previous days.On Tues 4/4 @ 1342, I was informed my vehicle wasn't even looked at yet regardless of me having a scheduled appointment for 3/31 on Fri. What was told to me was that they were short handed and my vehicle was still on dispatch. It confuses me because I already had the first AM appointment on Fri 3/31 and it still wasn't tended to in a timely manner. I questioned why via text as to what happened to my appointment time for my vehicle and why it wasn't tended to at it's scheduled time. I received no response on Tuesday 4/4 because I had to pay for a rental out of pocket just to get my truck fixed. No response.....The next communication to me via text was on wed 4/5/23 @ 0726am that they would "try" to get answers for me?????Again, I explained that my vehicle had been there a week and was not looked at during its scheduled appt time. I received no response. I called all extensions and landlines on Wednesday 4/5 and no one returned my calls.I then again texted on Thursday 4/6 @ 1323 and found out Kuhio was closed for Holiday. On Monday, I texted again @ 0800 stating that it was already TWO WEEKS passed my appt date and my vehicle STILL was not looked at. I explained that I had to pay out of pocket for a rental just to attempt and get my vehicle fixed and this was WAY MORE than an inconvenience because nothing was done in a timely manner. The response I received on Mon. 4/10 was "tech is looking at it"I then response around 2pm "any updates?"Their response 29 min after was " will let you know today" Almost an hour after- I received a response stating my engine was running fine and fluids were topped off with no signs of there being leakage anywhere besides the oil leak I informed Kuhio of with my engine oil pan.The advisor then called me that afternoon stating that I could fix the water pump and oil pan to get me back on the road by Wednesday.When Wednesday came around- I messaged at 7am trying to confirm if my vehicle would be finished and if so what time because on my rental arrangements. No response.....I called all landlines again and no respond as well.Around 1230 I called the front lobby of Kuhio and explained to them what was going on and their crass response was, "they'll text you when your vehicle is ready" I tried to explain my situation in which the lady on the phone refused to listen to and stated maybe I called at a bad time because it was lunch?.Shortly after- I received a text. At 1350 that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I had spent close to 1500 out of pock

[email protected]) never addressed. I will no longer have my car serviced or purchase another car from this place.

My daughter bought my car, Kona Hyundai,and I love it. It's two years now and perfect for me.I recently brought my car in for service because of a certain recall on this type of car.Easy appointment, drop off car, they have shuttle service, and pick up free of charge because of a certain recall. Love my Kona Hyundai!

Outstanding service and very smooth sales transaction was my experience here today. Al and Kekoa are authentic and welcoming and do their job very well. They both have a positive vibe that makes the whole process move forward smoothly and I'm grateful for that. David was excellent as well in the finance department. Ronata (spell check?) was awesome as well. Mahalo to this group of 4 individuals who made my buying experience memorable.

My family and I have been going here for service for three years, and recently purchased my new truck here. The entire organization is great, but for sure what keeps me coming back is the Nissan Service Manager, Julie. For my entire family, she has managed our car service with on time work, great follow up, great communication and a GREAT friendly attitude. BIG Mahalo to Julie!
