I can not ,in good faith to other readers ,give this company a good rating and only provide a star to post the review .. My move from Kauai to the mainland was an absolute nightmare and the culpability for the negligence and carelessness rests with Aloha Isle Moving . I notice that others have had a similar experience so rather than detail every mistake and oversight this company made and their total lack of customer service and accepting responsibility for their poor performance , the best advice I can provide: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE . To put my horrific experience into perspective , Matson , the shipping company who was also culpable for the leaking container , accepted responsibility and worked with me to provide some financial relief from my multiple losses They would not accept their share of the moving fees and instead the company gave that fee to me . Aloha Isle Movers , accepted their full payment of $7110.00 for a move that cost me $175,000.00 in damages .Matson clearly stated that Aloha Isle Movers , who packed my container, could have prevented the disaster had they returned the obviously defective container to Matson before the packing commenced . Despite the catastrophic results , Aloha Isle Moving never once contacted me with an apology or any financial relief .

Very nice folks in the office. Very hard workers on the job. Those guys hauled very heavy furniture upstairs all day for me recently. No damage and they were very careful. Also friendly. I had a great experience with these nice folks.

Aloha my okole!!! Rude, incompetent, over priced... did I mention rude?!!! We have used them several times (Home Depot appliances, materials from outer-island etc.) and each time their service has only gotten worse- from start to finish! We found new service (Circle N) with dock pick-ups. So, alooooha! A.I.M.
