Went there, waited in line, paid my $50 for an estimate, they looked at my truck, took pictures said I would have an estimate in 24 hours. Never received it. Called them a week later., they apologized and said their computer broke down and that I would have it in 24 hours. Never received it. Called them, no answer, emailed, no response. Heading down there this week.

Went in for quote/dent repair. Th woman never left her seat on the couch and said "estimator here ( I think it was) Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-4:30, hour off for lunch. I said I was leaving the island, and she repeated the Tuesday/Thursday thing and went back to her laptop.

I will admit back then just only 4-5 months ago they did great work. I guess they lost a worker and now everything takes ages and its sloppy. My husbands nissan was there for so long. Many people would tell us that they did great and quick work, like in a week it would be done. But once it reached more than a month with zero updates, no one wanted to tell us anything about my husbands car. We wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and give more time. Once the 2 month mark came around with still no updates other than sad “Its in the works” responses we contacted the owner. We explained the situation and she was extremely rude and disrespectful towards us. She gave such sudden aggressive attitude it shocked us. All she could say was how pushy we were and that we needed to “shut up and be patient.” Finally another month later we’re told its done. We pick up the car and the job was totally botched. The fixed dents werent smooth. New scratches appeared. The paint correction had signs of dripping paint. It was horrible. Complaining to owner again we were met with more attitude. Please save yourself the time, sanity, and money and go somewhere else.

If your looking for quality work and considerate customer care- this is the team to goto.These guys are AMAZING!!!!My door and hood was smashed, initially all I could think of was how I was either going to have to drive around with a busted up looking car or spend way more that I wanted to get it looking good again. Well, Bumper and Dent's team helped me with reasonable pricing and my issuance rep to get my car looking better than new. It came out of the shop with a showroom shine.I'm incredibly grateful for how helpful they were from start to finish.Thanks for turning a nightmare into a dream. My car looks and feels great.
