We were told an 8am to 8 pm delivery window for a refrigerator. They never showed up waited all day…and never called. Even though they had the number. Home Depot, when I got an answer after hours on hold just said “they’ll be there”.
Worst service Ive ever had, completely unprofessional. Home Depot needs to answer their phone too! No help. /:(

Called today to get update on Home Depot appliance delivery, unfotunately they said cannot know exactly arrival times, partly becasue of home depot systems- would be great if home depot had a computer tracking that aligned with Aloha Isle - much like ups or fedex etc,. They have delivered several times for me appliances from Home Depot. Many years ago they moved a piano. They are courteous, polite and professional.

If possible I’d give 0 stars. I took a day off to wait for them from 8am-6pm & to deliver a fridge from Home Depot. They didn’t show up, call or anything.

id leave no starts if i could, horrible company! I ordered a fridge from *********** These guys are contracted w/home depot for deliveries. I was told to wait from 8am-6pm for delivery, they never showed, called or anything. ********** gave me their cell ************* did not respond to calls or texts. ********** says this happens & they cant do anything about it except reschedule with them. I searched them up & they have dozens of similar reviews. I sat home for 10 hours waiting for them & could've been at work. They need to break contract w/home depot ** they obviously cant handle.

If I could give no stars I would. They refuse to deliver a Costco appliance if they had to walk more than 10 feet! The overly obese woman who was one of the two deliverers refused to walk more than 10 feet. They turned around to return the appliance to Costco. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and FIND OUT AHEAD WHAT MOVERS EITHER COSTCO OR HOME DEPOT USES! A total nightmare.

Aloha Isle Movers were scheduled to deliver our Home Depot fridge and range. Was told they may deliver any time between 8 am - 8 pm, would call 15 minutes before delivery. They delivered the fridge but said (contrary to Home Depot), that the range was not in the pickup area. Delivery of the range was rescheduled in September. This forced us to pick up the range ourselves because out tenant was moving in prior to the new delivery date. Gave the company a poor review to Home Depot recommending Royal Hawaiian Movers instead.

If I could leave no stars, believe me I would! This is the worst company ever! Unfortunately, Home Depot has a contract with them for all home deliveries so I was without options. I've addressed this with the general manager of Home Depot and got no where. I ordered a 16' garage door to be delivered to my residence. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac and have a long narrow driveway with palm trees on one side and a fence on the other. I advised the driver that he could leave the door at the end of my driveway and I could carry the individual pieces up to the house my self, but he was confident that he could maneuver his way up the driveway. I must admit he was off to a good start, but mid way through he failed to raise the pallet high enough and damaged the antenna on my wife's car. I informed him of such and told him I would be filing a claim for damages. After he departed I took photos of the damaged antenna as well as downloaded security camera footage that recorded the actual damage occurring. I then contacted the company and was transferred to Sheri K. the Household Goods & Home Delivery Operations Supervisor. She asked for my information and details of the damage along with requesting I send the evidence I had collected. Her next request was a little strange to me and I had to ask my auto insurance agent why she would ask for my automobile policy information since this wasn't my fault nor did it have anything to do with a motor vehicle accident. My agent told me to be warry and that if they tried to turn the claim around on me that he would be flagged and they would pursue legal action against them. A few days to a week later I got a call from a gentleman from their insurance company and after verifying the information I previously provided he said that all was in order and Aloha Isle Moving would cut me a check. That was weeks ago! I then reached out to Sheri since I assumed that she would have some knowledgeable information as to the status of my reimbursement. Once again... let down by this inept company! Here's her response: "I am sorry I don't know who handles it once I complete the paperwork on my end I pass it on. I know that there is a lot of people that need to sign any check request before a check can be cut. That is how the company procedure works here." Seriously?!?!? What a joke!!! I'm going to give it a few more days and then I'm going to make some calls to management to make every attempt at amicably getting my reimbursement before starting a small claims lawsuit. My advice: NEVER USE ALOHA ISLE MOVING FOR ANYTHING!!!! COMPLAIN TO HOME DEPOT ABOUT THE CRAPPY DELIVERY PROVIDER THEY CONTRACT WITH AND TELL THEM TO CANCEL THEM!!!

Very rude and unhelpful when determining delivery times. A 14 hour window is rediculous.

I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE! I don't know how they haven't gone bankrupt with how poor their services are. if I could give this review less than 0 stars I would. They lied on my delivery multiple times and "rescheduled" it multiple times. After waiting 3 months they said they can't deliver on my street. When I asked if I could simply go to their warehouse and pick my item up myself they told me I'm not able to do that without getting in contact with Costco. This company is a joke and should've gone bankrupt a long time ago.

Paid for a NEW washer dryer and the one they brought was scratched. (Bait and Switch). They said they leveled it after it was installed (leveling is part of the installation), but it was obvious that it was tilting and they said they did not have a level to check.

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the company that Home Depot uses to deliver their appliances on Kauai and now that we have replaced every major appliance in our house through HD, they obviously don't care about keeping our business anymore. Back in June, AIM delivered our washing machine and after we asked if they could take their shoes off because we didn't want them tracking their dirty shoes through our house where our 4 y/o lives & plays, instead of offering to put something down, they immediately became rude, disrespectful & misogynistic. They threatened to leave my washing machine in my driveway because they said it was a "free installation" and while yes, I didn't pay for it, Home Depot, the company that I bought the washer from did, it wasn't just some friend or family "helping me out". I immediately contacting the GM of AIM and was told that this was not the norm and was apologetic but Home Depot didn't care, Aloha Isle Moving is receiving zero consequences for their horrible behavior.

Their phone demeanor comes across as if I am irritating them, though I was asking very simple questions about my delivery. Several times I was hung up on, and I have seen other posts about this so apparently they must just hang up on people sometimes. My unexpected delivery was made without any notice on a date I was at work so when I called to reschedule, I was told it would be the next day during a window between 11 and 2pm. I called them that day a little before 2 PM (having been waiting around all day) to check on the status and they were irritated with me for asking about the status and hung up on me. When I called back and pressed, they tracked down the delivery guy .. he was 45 minutes away from my house (at 1:45pm)!!!! I was told he “might” be able to make it to me by THREE .. “maybe.” Please note that this gentleman received that call from his office and hustled himself to my place. He arrived before 3 PM and was not the initial delivery man I mention below. This guy was really sweet and I give him two thumbs up.When the first delivery guy, Kurt, initially was trying to make the unannounced delivery a few days earlier and called me at work to see where I was, he told me my dog bit him, which shocked and horrified me... and then he told me “just kidding.” Super unprofessional on all fronts. These folks need some customer service training, and to learn how to use their phones without hanging up on people (if that’s not intentional).Service: Vehicle transport
