On average you'll pay $100 more per tire vs Costco for the same tire. If you're in a rush or need just 1 tire they are the closest to downtown Lahaina. If you need a full set of quality tires, Oder on li e from Costco, they'll be delivered to the store and you can go get them put on.

I have never been here until my recent visit. I called Gabriel and asked if I should make an appointment, he asked when I would be coming and said I wouldn't need to schedule. I went in, he looked at my tires and said I wouldn't need to buy all 4 just the front two. He went over 3 options of tires with pricing, explained each and told me how many miles to expect from each one. I said I was thinking the middle option would be best and he agreed. He ordered the tires, called me as soon as they were in and I went back the next morning. I was out in 45 minutes and everything was smooth, and I loved that he explained everything to me. I have sent 2 people there and they both said he was great too. I will be going back when I need the back to replaced.

I got an oil change and I knew it wasn’t best price but I needed to get it done asap.So they did something else without telling me, they did call but didn’t leave a message or anything about it and charges me $300 for something that I didn’t understand why they needed to do that. Never going here again! Ripped me off big time! Don’t go there!

Our rental car had a leak and the guy at the front desk filled our tire up for free. Wouldn’t take any money for a tip either! Didn’t catch his name but super nice guy and awesome service.

The worst customer service I have ever gotten there. Used to get everything done there when I lived in Lahaina but that was years ago. Everything has changed. When we called Gabriel was really nice, when we got there he said he doesn't remember talking to us. My husband was explaining what he thought was the problem then he said he won't help us because my husband knows what is wrong, but we can come back tomorrow. He is crazy if he thinks we would go back there.This is the Lahaina branch. To submit I have to rate it but 1 is too high but I have to put at that.

I rang to make an appointment to get a wheel/tire fixed, and Gabriel told me to bring my car into the Lahaina branch.I informed him that my tire was noisy and vibrated. I had determined that it was either the rim or the tire by changing it from the back to the front noting the noise and vibration changed position. I have worked with cars for more that 50 Years and I was just trying to make it easy for them. He suggested that it might be a wheel bearing! I told him that they had been recently renewed, obviously trying to scam more money, thinking I was ignorant about car repairs. He then said he would not do the car and gave the keys back! I did discus this but he was really angry and refused to debate the point, so I decided not to ever return. I will inform media outlets about the very poor and unprofessional service. People, beware of this business.

My first experience with them because I had a "nail" in my tire. Called ahead to find out how fast they could do it. When I got there Shande (I think that was her name) took a look at the tire and told us, could be fix and no problem. She said the two people who booked appointments didn't show up so they could do my tire right now... Took all but 30 minutes like she said and only cost $33 and some change... Wooohoooo! Talk about awesome service and I was out of there with a SMILE!!! Thank You!!!

We had a flat (picked up a screw in the tire tread) on vacation. The rental had 20” rims so Tire Warehouse was the only place we could get a repair on a tire that size. The lady at the front desk warned us that she was busy and short staffed (COVID) and wasn’t sure they could manage it. We made a plan to return in an hour to see if they would be caught up, but in the meantime the rental company changed their mind on whether they could help us. We wound up not requiring the repair but while we were waiting they had an appointment cancellation and the lady was going through her numbers trying to reach us to let us know that they could fit us in for the repair now. Although we didn’t actually get it repaired, this place made the whole ordeal much more bearable and reassured us that here in Maui, they do take good care of us tourists.Hope to never have to go back but feel good about it if I do have to.
