The shirts are perfect gifts, I always get one when I visit Maui. But the blonde lady at the register was incredibly rude not only to me but to the lady in front of me and to my friend as well. She had the worst attitude and unnecessary aggression while checking out. She ruined my whole experience and made me not want to go back But I love the products...

Love this place!! Great options for shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, you name it.I got their Maui surf club crewneck and it is SO soft! The owner was also so nice and very personable.

We went into lots of T-shirt shops on Kauai and Maui, and this one by far has the coolest designs and best quality. They buy the copyrights for old Hawaiian logos and create vintage-looking (but new-feeling) merch. We left with four shirts and a hat!

My dad was a pilot for Pan Am. I was so excited when I went into this fun store. We mistakenly opened the cabinet to get my size and the female clerk (the one with blonde hair and glasses) was the rudest salesperson I have ever encountered. I wanted the items so bad, but left because she berated us more than once!

A must stop to get some unique sube it’s while learning more about Hawaii.Super nice vintage designs, all with a history. We loved that each logo has something to tell and the staff cannot be nicer, truly embracing aloha spirit ??

Great shirts with vintage older brands on them. The customer service not to good. They were not friendly helpful and when we asked about the shirts history we got one word answers. We bought the Old school airlines shirts and old Hawaii brands. The shirts well made and so were bags the lower rating for unfriendly staff

I adore this store and all of its great quality, vintage prints. The shirts last forever and are such an amazing souvenir. Unfortunately, my most recent visit in was terrible because of the woman working the store. (Blonde hair and lots of piercings just in case you're looking to improve your customer service) Super rude to everyone inside and clearly hated that she was having to refold all of the shirts people were looking at. It's obvious customers are a nuisance to you - here's a tip: if hate your job, get a different one. You ruin the brand you represent when you have a nasty attitude.

Excellent selection of interesting designs. They specialize in designs themed on organizations or companies that are no longer operational, or not operational in the same form today.For example, they have designs of Pan Am, TWA, and (old) Eastern airlines. They're generally tasteful and recognizableUnfortunately, they're very high priced and stock fluctuates between locations.

Great quality shirts, great nostalgic logos! I wish they had a few more size options....most of the popular ones were only available in Small and XXL. I would have bought more than just 3 shirts!

update: I stand by my opinion about the store itself; however, following this review, I did have a pleasant and productive experience with the corporate customer service office and they were willing to hear me out and address my concern. Terrible customer service and products. I spent a lot of money at this store and upon the first wear (not even outside of my hotel room) the shirt began to fall apart. I brought it back to the store for an exchange and they were terribly rude and refused to honor the exchange despite the obvious defect. I followed up with a phone call and email to the store's management and so far have had no response. Be wary before you spend time or money ($40 for a t-shirt... C'mon..) at this establishment.
