The staff who work at this place are blatantly racist against African decedents. The asian and blond gals on site were horrifically rude to my friend who went into this nasty store before me and was clearly not welcome. I came after her to meet up and the two on staff treated me VERY differently. My girlfriend actually wanted to buy something but didn't because of the blatant racism. So much for the ‘Aloha’ spirit. Never returning to this store and you best believe I’m telling everyone and their mother about our experience at this store. ??

Amazing customer service & very helpful! Picked out 2 items from their Hawaii exclusive collection & since every item has slightly different positioning of prints, they let me pick which one I wanted from their selection. The Hawaii exclusive print has hibiscus flowers on it & says Aloha xx Lilly. It's so adorable. I had to have it. Collection has a hat, some dresses, a tote bag, and a tshirt. Loved it! A very beautiful store with gorgeous fitting rooms & furnishings. They also give parking validation with purchase which is a plus! Highly recommend this location.

One of my favorite places to shop! I left something behind at the store and the reached out to me and got it mailed to me the next day! Great service and clothes! Also got a cute matching mommy and daughter outfit

Tried to do the free Lei making activity with my daughters. They only plan for 28 participants. Only can do if you have a seat at the table. About half the table were parents sitting helping their kid. Never saw anything about limits in their promotions, wouldn’t have wasted my time driving there. Wish it was a better experience, but the man working the kiosk was rude and ripped the string out of our hands and told us we couldn’t be there. Could have been handled a better way. Even my daughter commented on how rude he was.

This store is the best!! They have the best clothing and the customer service is outstanding! Joanna and Janel have helped me several times and each time they offer the same high level of service. I love everything I've bought and wear Lilly clothing over and over. It washes so well, the quality is exceptional and the fabrics and colors are amazing!! Highly recommend to everyone to come shop at this store.

2 Stars on what should be -0 stars because the day I visited 3/28/2022 right around 11 am there were 2 ladies working and the young lady was a doll who earned 5 stars! The older woman made sure she could not assist me in my returning/exchanging of items without a receipt. I would have loved to exchange the $325 worth of items for something else but she said it was impossible. Turns out that was false. She must've been brand new with the company. Anyway, I've managed to get my items returned with a full refund rather than exchange them and have Lilly retain their sale. Good employees really do make the company. Here's hoping Maui can do a better job training their newer employees. God Bless

My husband and I were visiting from Arizona so when we saw there was a Lilly Pulitzer here, we had to go check it out! We walk to the store and we're immediately greeted by Joanna who is so kind and so warm and inviting. She help me find many great dresses that I couldn't end up leaving without them LOL! We also were able to buy our daughters first lily dress :-) This probably was the highlight of the whole trip!m as we got me a matching dress too! Highly suggest this location and they have some exclusive stuff to Maui! Thank you Joanna again for being so sweet to this pregnant girl! I so appreciate you!! :)

It took me a while to get around to writing this review, but I have yet to forget my experience here so here goes. First off, I am a NEW CUSTOMER to this Lily Pulitzer. I read the reviews on this particular location and was impressed by all of the "great service" comments this store had, yet that is far from what I received. I was greeted initially by the two ladies working, as I was the only patron in the store at that time. There was the initial offer as well to "let them know if I had any questions" and they were back to their conversation. I ended up spending a good deal of time in the store as I was familiarizing myself with the seemingly cute clothes. I was at one point searching for a size among a few different styles and colors of a skirt that I was never offered assistance with. I had to ask for a fitting room, was never checked on and had to come out to find another size smaller that I needed. I had to ask the woman for the correct size to only be told by I think the manager that it should be worn low on the hips, suggesting I didn't know how a skirt fits on my body. I asked for another size regardless and was told the size I needed was on the mannequin. The manager proceeds to assist me, tugging and fighting to get the skirt off of it, before finally letting it fall to the floor, and leaving it there while she went to go get a tool to get the bodice off of the mannequin! She comes back picks the skirt up and violently shakes the dust off of it,( because it was on the floor!!!! )Before handing it to me I take it anyway. She then disappears leaving me to have to ask the other sales lady for help picking a top to go with it. After she makes a few unhelpful suggestions, one of which she said she "assumed I didn't like bright colors" huh?? How and why are you assuming that?? She then tells me I shouldn't "spend unnecessarily" since I had not found a top I liked. Poor thing couldn't have been more wrong. I was on vacation with a break from my husband and small child with nothing but time and money to spend. So I left with my dusty skirt only. I have since left the island with what was the only flawed experience from my 7 day vacation. Perhaps I looked too casual, or perhaps it was what I looked like in general, but regardless I will only shop LP online IF I ever shop this brand again.

Rushed in 5 minutes before closed and the ladies were super nice and helped me choose the perfect dress for a great work night! Thank you ladies ! beautiful and unique clothing for the perfect night out or beach day
