Showed up for my appointment to be told they only were going to look at the problem, not fix the problem. Though my appointment was to have it fixed. Rescheduled for a later date, just received a call saying they didn’t wanna do the job. What a joke!

I showed up for my appointment just to find out I had scheduled with a different shop. They took me in no problem for an oil change. I shared some concerns even though my check engine light wasn't on. They ran multiple tests, ordered the parts, and fixed her up within the month. My car is back and better than she has been in the past 2 years thanks to my new friends at Ohana Vehicle Services. Mahalo nui!!!

My wife and I used the garage for services and was plainly damaged when it was returned, exactly in the area it was worked on. I approached and explained, they acknowledged the damage, and no attempt to repair the scratches or even a courtesy phone call was given. Will not be returning.

Set an appointment to get my brake pads replaced. Showed up, was told they don't work on Volkswagen Jettas. Because it requires special tools that they don't have. Why wouldn't you get the make and model of the car before setting the appointment. 0 stars. Unprofessional and kind of comical that the mechanics are scared of working on German cars
