Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wish other companies would have the same type of service with their staff. Great experience without the stress associated with car problems. Made my day better.

They will take up to two gallons of engine oil here. This seems to be the only spot in Kihei.

Dishonest people. Never gave receipt, selling defective product(s) and won't answer phone. Scammers and lowlifes.

It was time for a new battery for my Maui Cruiser. At the ripe old age of 3 years and 4 months, it had passed the 3 year warranty period. I tried shopping around. Costco didn't have anything for me. Not the first time they let me down. WallyMart had 3 batteries: $69 (1 yr), $105 (2 yr) and $126 (3 yr). He wondered why I laughed at the idea of a 1 year warranty. I tried the nearby auto part stores, too. O'Reilly had a $109 (1 yr) and $199 (3 yr). Yikes! Then, I called NAPA and was offered a battery for $107 with a 65 month (5.4 yr) and 18 month full replacement. Fortunately, my battery had 1 last start left in it, so I headed over to NAPA. They were pleasant and had the battery ready for me. I thanked the guy for not offering me a battery with a bullshxt 1 year warranty. He was going to bill me for the obligatory core charge but when he understood that I was going to swap it out in the parking lot, he left it off. He even offered to lend me the tools to do the swap but I had that covered. I'll remember that fine level of service.
