“Thank you Coleman Movers! We waited a very long time to have our lift vans delivered (it took about a month) from Honolulu to Lawton, Oklahoma! Our load was to be shipped overseas, then stuck at the dock yardat Long Beach waiting to be loaded on a freight train, then trucked to Oklahoma. We didn't realize the major unpredictable snow- van truck cancelled the drive til weather cleared.Then the rains came and froze- highways turned to sleet, drive cancelled again.We've heard crashing horror stories along the freeways & highways and severe accidents- but Colemans manager in Honolulu kept us posted, updating whereabouts and kept us calm during those challenging situations. Finally we received our shipment! The entire shipment without any damages! A BBB endorced company and we are happy we finally received our palette. Thank you Michael Yamashita of Coleman Movers! “They were all professional and took care of my stuff. They didn’t skimp on protecting anything either, even my big stuff was well wrapped. I had a motorcycle and it stayed upright and secure the whole time. Made unpacking at the new place easy. Only bad thing was they will literally wrap anything, I had an appliance that had water In it and they wrapped the entire thing, so don’t forget to empty stuff like that. In all, I took care of them so they took care of me essentially.”

Each day, they arrived when they were supposed to, worked their tails off while they were there, and treated our family and our property with respect. They were done packing a day early, too! From the start, the Military goofed up and didn't schedule our date. When we had to scramble and push for getting to done ASAP, they were entirely accommodating (in spite of the fact that the error was not their fault) and helped if every way they could to help us get done on-time. We didn't have a great move with Covan in Virginia, but this was an altogether different experience. Our gratitude to the whole Covan Hawaii Team!”
