Located in Windward Mall, this Spectrum location is a much needed support with all their Windward customers.
Two stars because the service is slow and the customer service is lacking. Much like the other reviews, the staff working are fickle and your personal experience may vary. Ive been here to pay bills, pickup or exchange equipment, and to even inquire about new services.
Not sure whats worst, Spectrum's online overseas customer service or their in-person storefronts. You pick.

Skye is excellent. When I completed my original reason for going there, an equipment swap, she asked if there was anything else. That led to a review of my bill and a list of options to address the increase that would soon be coming up; one of the promotional rates I had would be ending soon.
We discussed options, I made my choice, then she went about getting it done. This was not a quick process, but she handled it well. I did not feel rushed and she maintained a positive attitude through the whole process.
In the end she reviewed what we did and made sure that I understood the change in my future billing, which was appreciated.

I should have wrote this review about a month or two ago but Salua one of Spectrum's technicians was amazing, nice and went above and beyond. I have no idea where to write this review but I hope someone sends this to him or his bosses.

Fast service friendly staff not much more can we said I've been to all the stores on the island over the last decade and this is my favorite spectrum location

Terrible, terrible customer service. Waited over 45 minutes to exchange a cable box and I was FIRST on the waiting list. Took two minutes for what I had to do. THE WORST!

For my Christmas gift my husband purchase a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max phone. The sales person who sold it to him told him it was gold. When I opened my gift on Christmas morning it was Platinum not Gold. Today we went to the Spectrum office at Windward Mall to exchange the phone for another color and we're told that they have to charge us $50! Seriously?! After spending over $1,200!!! This is the worst customer service ever!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CONSIDER A DIFFERENT CARRIER!!!
