I love going to the chair fitness classes and the cleanliness of the facility. Also, I like how all of the equipment I use, works. A lot of gyms have a lot of broken equipment or the equipment has parts of it that don’t work. I am in my mid 20’s but I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and regular workout classes are too much up and down for me. Thank you for not saying “Senior” Piyo just Chair Piyo, Chair Fitness etc. Some Y’s name these classes for Seniors only and the Windward Y does not and I like that.

Swim Coach Lilly has been fantastic. My daughter says she is the best teacher she has ever had (!) and makes learning fun.

Front Desk personnel are most charming & friendly. Always ready to help & direct. Facility is well kept & very clean. Lifeguards are alert & also friendly. I love the heated salt water pool too!

My son is enjoying his swimming lesson and he is learning a lot. It is fun joining the group exercises and the staff are nice and friendly. The facility and gym is tidy and clean.

The people at the Windward Y are all so incredible from the front desk to the child care team. The place is well run, always spotless, and has tremendous positive energy. A great place for the entire family

I love the community that it’s provided for us. The child care, lap swimming, swim lessons, are a few of my favorite things. Great parking and fun challenges/games.

Kailua YMCA front desk young man is power hungry, rude, and unsympathetic. Clearly a person not promoting YMCA values. Had to deal with him on 12/7/2023 and will never deal with a YMCA again.
