Came for a work trip. Got selected as Guest of the Day so I got an upgraded room. Staff were wonderful and they have a cute chatty cat, Cinnamon, on site who visited with me.

Great location and pool area. Rooms are a bit dated but we were only here for 1 night and enjoyed how close the hotel was to everything. Staff was also friendly upon checkin and anytime I had questions.
Nearby activities: Beach directly behind, lawn games available as well.
Safety: Area was safe with hotel security on site.
Walkability: Walkable to Whole Foods, Maui Mall and grocery stores.
Food & drinks: Restaurant was attached but lots of food options less than 10 min drive away.

People from the mainland might find the rooms "Basic" but they are nice. Maui Seaside stepped up to help the Lahaina fire victims and did an outstanding job to say the least. The housekeepers are an absolute pleasure they greet you with aloha and smile, they sing while they work, they wear flowers in their hair and are very hard working. The grounds are kept impeccable at all times and are beautiful with perfectly manicured grass and never anything out of place. Their front desk team you can't beat all of them do an excellent job. We can't find our key there's Cari to the rescue. Sheri always with a big smile checking on us to make sure we were all ok and uncle Iolani brings a loving and caring essence along with the pride he takes for the culture with his dress attire and accessories is our number 1 guy and we thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Mahalo from the Astronomy ohana. The security team here are all a pleasure to have watching over as well thank you to Rabbi and Aiau and the boys as well

The service was great! We came after a long cancelled flight situation so we were exhausted but they were so nice and accomodating. There are water filter dispensers on each floor which is great. The rooms are okay, we did see a massive bug when we walked in.
The pool and hangout area is nice as well.

Stayed here because of a flight cancellation was comped by my airline. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are dated and bathroom has an old cleaning smell to it. Pool isn’t heated.

Rooms: It reminds me of motels next to the highway. In a good way. The rooms are quiet and clean.
Nearby activities: The beach is a couple steps away. It is not the nicest beach on Maui, but it is a beach. There is also a nice pool.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was delicious.

Just checked in to my room and they chose me to be their “guest of the day.” They greeted me with a lei and had other cute amenities waiting for me in my room. Josaia was amazing at the front desk. Very professional and friendly. Billy was also super nice. Any time I walk by, I’m always greeted by someone on their staff.

Terrible customer service. I just checked in and grabbed my bags out of my car. My phone is in my carryon. Neither of my keys worked. I called the front desk and whomever is working with Carl was rode AF. Carl was amazing. His coworker came up to my room and was extremely rude. It is 6/1 at 7:58 pm. He threatened to kick me out of room 204. Do yourself a Favor and do not stay here.

Me and my family needed a place to be for a few hours before taking a late night flight. The hotel was exactly was we needed for us traveling with a toddler. The pool seemed renovated a beautiful.

This was the perfect spot for our one night stay in Kahului. Very clean and very friendly staff. The pool is beautiful and the grassy area has some lawn games and even a yoga class on Sunday! Highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay. Front desk staff were all friendly and the room was clean. Water views are exceptional and the area is great. Check out the Sunday market for food if staying on a Sunday. Go check out simply local clothing store down the road for great shopping too.
